Digital Portion Scale Operating Instruction Manual
Thank you for purchasing this digital portion scale. Winco ® takes pride in the quality of our products. When used as intended and with proper care and maintenance, you will experience years of reliable operation. To ensure the best results, please read and follow the instructions in this manual carefully. Save these instructions for future reference.
Care and Use
- Read and understand all operating instructions before using this product. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Exceeding the scale's capacity or dropping items on the scale can damage the weighing mechanism and/or affect the accuracy of the scale. Avoid shaking, dropping, or otherwise shocking the scale. Gently apply all items to be weighed on the tray top. This is a precision instrument and must be handled with extreme care.
- Do not use or store the scale in high temperature, high humidity, or high vibration conditions. The scale works better when operated at a normal room temperature. Always allow the scale to acclimate to a normal room temperature for at least one hour before use.
- Remove batteries from the scale when it will not be used for an extended period of time.
- Using a mild soap solution, dampen a cloth to clean the scale. Do not use any harsh chemical cleaners. Do not wash down or immerse the scale. Any liquid inside the scale can cause permanent damage.
- Keep your scale in a clean environment. Dust, dirt, moisture, vibration, air currents, and a close distance to other electronic equipment can all cause an adverse effect on the reliability and accuracy of your scale.
The scale is a digital portion scale with a stainless steel platform. It displays weight readings on an LCD screen and has several function buttons.
