Important Safety Instructions

When using the electrical appliance, the below basic safety precautions should be followed:

1. Read all instructions.
2. Before using, check that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the appliance nameplate.
3. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
4. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
5. Use by children is not intended but foreseeable; however, it is only allowed with supervision.
6. Avoid contacting moving parts.
7. Blades are sharp, so handle carefully.
8. The use of attachments, including the jar and lid, not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
9. The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substances, otherwise, the blade could be blunted.
10. Switch off the appliance before approaching parts which move during use.
11. Be sure to turn the switch to the 0 position after each use. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling. Ensure the power supply cord plug is removed from the outlet.
12. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
14. Do not immerse the Motor Unit into water or other liquids.
15. Do not use outdoors.
16. Save these instructions.

Know Your Blender

The blender consists of the following main parts:

• Measure cup
• Jar cover
• Jar
• Jar handle
• Knob
• Base
• Foot
• Motor unit
• Power cord

For the Initial Use

1. Unpack the appliance and place all parts on a horizontal surface.
2. Immerse the jar and jar cover in warm soapy water, rinse them, and dry. Never immerse the motor unit in water for cleaning to prevent the risk of electric shock.

CAUTION! The blade is very sharp, please handle carefully.

3. The correct assembly way will be described in detail in below sections.

Before assembling the jar, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the Switch button is on the 0 position. The jar is suitable for making mixtures where juice and pulp are mixed.

1. Place the Jar on the Motor Unit. Turn the jar clockwise until a click is heard when locked into position properly. Please see Fig.1.

NOTE: Make sure the Jar is assembled into the motor unit properly. There is an interlock switch on the position; if the Jar is not assembled properly, the blender will not operate.

Blending Fruit and Vegetable

1. Before attaching the power cord into the outlet, make sure the Switch button is in the 0 position.
2. Peel or core the fruit or vegetables, then cut them into small dices. Place the food pieces into the Jar. Usually, a certain amount of purified water needs to be added to facilitate the smooth running of the appliance. The proportion of the food and water is 2:3. The amount of mixture should not exceed the max level indicated on the Jar. Note: Never use boiling liquids or run the appliance empty. The Jar can be used for breaking up ice.
3. Replace the Jar cover on the Jar. Turn the Jar cover into the Jar.
4. Turn the Switch button to the desired setting. There are two settings: P, 0, 1, 2. Turn the switch to P position and hold it to pulse the motor for delicate chopping. Release it to return to the 0 position.
5. The consecutive operation time should be less than 3 minutes. A minimum 1-minute rest period is required between two consecutive cycles.
6. Turn the Switch button to the 0 Position once the mixture has been blended to your desired consistency.
7. Remove the Jar from the Motor Unit (remove it by lifting directly upward), carefully remove the Jar cover, then pour and serve.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• The Auto Clean feature can clean the blender and blade assembly easily, rapidly, and in complete safety.
• Pour a little warm soapy water into the Jar and turn the Switch button to P position for a few seconds.
• Remove the Jar from the motor unit by lifting it directly upward and rinse the Jar and Jar cover under running water.
• Wipe the outer surface of the Motor Unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleansers. Never immerse the motor unit in water for cleaning.
• Dry all parts and then reassemble them.
• For complete cleaning, you can carefully hold the blade assembly at the bottom of the jar (as it is sharp). Take it out by turning the coupling on the other side clockwise emphatically (see Fig.2). Then, put the detachable accessories into the dishwasher for cleaning. They are dishwasher-safe components, but the temperature setting shall not exceed 70°C.
• If any problem has been encountered during use, never disassemble the Motor Base yourself, as there are no user-serviceable parts inside. Contact only the authorized service facility for examination and repair.
