App Usage

The beyerdynamic App provides customized control for your AVENTHO 100. Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to manage settings and software updates. These settings are saved to your headphones, ensuring a consistent experience across different playback devices.

Controls

The headphones feature the following controls:

• Charging LED: Indicates charging status.
• USB-C connection: For charging the headphones.
• Jack connection, 3.5 mm: For audio input.
• On/off button & ANC button: Used for powering on/off, activating/deactivating ANC and Transparency modes, and managing calls.
• Status LED: Provides visual feedback on connection and power status.
• Volume - button: Decreases volume.
• Multifunction button: Used for music playback control, assistant activation, and call management.
• Volume + button: Increases volume.

Pairing

To pair your AVENTHO 100 with a device:

1. If the headphone is switched off, press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds until the status LED flashes blue and red alternately. If the headphone is switched on, press the on/off button three times until the status LED flashes blue and red alternately.
2. Select "AVENTHO 100" from the pairing list of your playback device.

Powering On/Off

Switching on: Press and hold the on/off button for approximately 2 seconds until you hear the "Power on" voice prompt. The status LED will be steady red for 2 seconds, and the battery percentage will be announced.

Switching off: Press and hold the on/off button for approximately 2 seconds until you hear the "Power off" voice prompt.

Note: The AVENTHO 100 can be used with an audio cable in both powered on and off states.

Music Control

• Press the multifunction button once () to start or stop playback.
• Press the multifunction button twice () to play the next track.
• Press the multifunction button three times () to play the previous track.

Assistant

Once the Bluetooth® connection is established, press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds (). This allows you to activate or deactivate the personal assistant set up on your smartphone. Note that some Android smartphones may not support this function.

ANC Mode

You can use the on/off button to activate or deactivate ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and Transparency mode.

• ANC-off mode: Press the on/off button once () to activate ANC-on mode.
• ANC-on mode: Press the on/off button once () to activate Transparency mode.
• Transparency mode: Press the on/off button once () to deactivate both ANC and Transparency mode.

Volume Control

• Press the “+” button to increase the volume. A single press () increases the volume by one step. Press and hold the “+” button to gradually increase the volume.
• Press the “-” button to decrease the volume. A single press () decreases the volume by one step. Press and hold the “-” button to gradually decrease the volume.

Telephone Functions

• Press the multifunction button once () to accept a call or end an active call.
• Press the multifunction button for approximately 2 seconds () to reject an incoming call.
• If another call comes in during an active call, press the multifunction button once () to accept the incoming call and end the active call.

Charging

Charge the battery before using the AVENTHO 100 for the first time. Only use the supplied USB charging cable. Connect the AVENTHO 100 to a USB-compliant power source (e.g., USB power adapter) using the charging cable. The charging LED indicates the charging status.
