Safety Instructions and Precautions
- Read instructions carefully before use.
- Ensure the voltage matches your local mains voltage.
- Do not use if the power cord, plug, or other parts are damaged.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Children aged 8 and above can use the appliance under supervision.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or rinse it under the tap; use a damp cloth for cleaning.
- Never attempt to grind bones, nuts, or other hard items.
- Do not use your finger or any object to push ingredients down the feed tube; always use the pusher.
- Do not operate the appliance for more than 5 minutes consecutively; allow it to cool for 10 minutes before reuse.
- If the appliance locks, press the Reversal button (REV).
- Dispose of electrical and electronic devices responsibly according to local regulations.
- Never connect the appliance to a time switch.
Assembly and Usage Instructions
Assembling the Meat Grinder:
- Press the fasten button, hold the head, and insert it into the inlet, then turn it counter-clockwise until fastened.
- Place the snake into the head, long end first, and turn it until set into the motor housing.
- Place the cutting blade onto the snake shaft with the blade facing front.
- Place the desired cutting plate next to the blade, aligning protrusions with slots.
- Support the cutting plate and screw the fixing ring tight.
- Place the hopper plate on the head and fix it.
- Place the unit on a firm surface, ensuring air passages are clear.
Using the Meat Grinder:
- Ensure the meat is cut into suitable pieces (approx. 20mm x 20mm x 60mm), free of bones, gristle, and sinews. Never use frozen meat.
- Place meat in the tray and use the pusher to gently feed it into the cutter housing.
- For steak tartare, mince the meat twice with the medium grinding disc.
Making Sausages:
- Assemble the meat grinder with the sausage attachment.
- Mince the meat as described above.
- Soak the sausage casing in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
- Slide the wet casing onto the sausage horn.
- Feed the minced meat into the grinder; if the casing gets stuck, wet it slightly.
Making Kibbe:
- Assemble the meat grinder with the kibbe attachment.
- Feed the kibbe mixture through the attachment.
- Cut the resulting hollow cylinder into desired lengths.
Using as a Tomato Juicer:
- Assemble the tomato juicer attachment by inserting the plastic screw locking ring into the sleeve, followed by the gauze, and then the fixing ring.
- Insert the snake into the head and align it with the screw.
- Put the sleeve with the fixing ring through the screw and tighten the ring.
- Place the plastic juice tray and the plastic cover.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and unplug it.
- Press the release button and turn the cutter housing to detach it. Remove the pusher and tray.
- Unscrew the fixing ring and remove all parts. Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning parts.
- Wash all parts that contacted meat in hot soapy water immediately after use.
- Rinse with clean hot water and dry immediately.
- Lubricate the cutter unit and grinding discs with vegetable oil to prevent rust.
