PS22 does not respond and does not work when connected to the computer
The PS22 requires the installation of its software driver to function normally on your computer. Please download the driver from the following link and install it:

PS22 software driver installation failed
If the driver installation fails, please try closing your anti-virus software temporarily and then reinstall the driver.
PS22 has no Bluetooth function, no reverb, no noise reduction function.
The PS22 is a sound card designed for recording. It does not include built-in Bluetooth, reverb, or noise reduction features. If you require these sound effects, you can add them within your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).
PS22 doesn't have software driver for MacOS version.
macOS has built-in drivers for audio devices. Therefore, the PS22 can be used directly with macOS without needing to install a specific driver.
What DAWs are available and how do I download them?
Compatible Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) include PreSonus Studio One, Cockos Reaper 6, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Apple Logic Pro, and Steinberg Cubase. You can visit the official website of each DAW to download the software.
What does the 3.5mm jack on the PS22 do?
The PS22 features a 3.5mm TRRS output. This port duplicates the main output signal and can be used to connect a smartphone for live streaming. A TRRS to TRRS cable is required (not included).
How do I connect a smartphone to the PS22?
You can connect your smartphone to the PS22 using the USB-C socket.

The power indicator is off
If the power indicator is off, please check if the [POWER SOURCE] switch is set properly. The indicator light will not illuminate if the device is not receiving power.
Switch Settings:
- To use an AC adapter: Move the switch to the [5V DC] jack side.
- For bus-powered supply (computer only): Move the switch to the [USB-C] jack side.
