What to do if the mouse has no response?

Please charge the mouse with a USB cable.
Please try to replace the receiver with another USB interface.
Make sure the power switch on the bottom of the mouse is in the "on" position.
Try to restart the computer.
Press the left, middle, and right buttons simultaneously when the power is on. Connect the receiver to the computer and wait for 5 seconds to rematch the code successfully.
