What to do if the mouse has no response?
- Please charge the mouse with a USB cable.
- Please try to replace the receiver with another USB interface.
- Make sure the power switch on the bottom of the mouse is in the "on" position.
- Try to restart the computer.
- Press the left, middle, and right buttons simultaneously when the power is on. Connect the receiver to the computer and wait for 5 seconds to rematch the code successfully.
