Installation Specifications

Proper installation ensures optimal performance and door clearance. Always measure your space carefully, considering baseboards, molding, countertop overhangs, and potential door obstructions. Allow adequate clearance for air circulation and door opening.

Key Clearance Recommendations:

  • 2.5 inches on the hinge side if installing next to a wall.
  • 1 inch minimum clearance at the rear for air circulation and connections.
  • 3/8 inch minimum clearance at the sides and top for ease of installation.

Ensure all doorways and entryways are wide enough for the refrigerator to pass through. For best results, avoid installing the refrigerator directly next to a wall to allow for full door opening.
