Manage your Digital Home Phone Features
Popular Features
Call Blocking
Prevent up to 100 phone numbers from ringing through to your phone. The caller will receive a message saying, “the number you dialed will not accept your call."
- ON: *60 and follow voice prompts
- OFF: *80, then press #
AT&T Call Protect
Detect who is calling with AT&T Call Protect, and identify spam callers. Choose numbers to accept, block, or send to voicemail.
- To sign up for AT&T Call Protect, log in to your account at att.com/myatt
- Dial *61 to add the number to your digital phone call block list
Call Forwarding
Forward incoming calls to another number.
- ON: *72 and follow voice prompts
- OFF: *73, then press #

Manage your Home Voicemail
Voicemail Setup
Dial *98 from your home phone, and follow the prompts to set up your mailbox. After creating your PIN, be sure to set up your authentication code. This helps you reset your PIN if you forget it.
Listening to Messages
Voicemail Access
- FROM HOME: Dial *98 or dial your home phone number.
- FROM ANY TOUCH-TONE PHONE: Dial your home phone number, and press * when you hear your greeting. Then, enter your PIN and press 1 to listen.
Read Your Voicemail Messages:
Download the Voicemail Viewer app to your qualifying iOS or Android device, or forward your voicemail messages to your email. Then, simply access and read your messages on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Go to att.com/vmviewer or the app store on your device.
