Troubleshooting Sheet
Phenomenon | Cause | Processing method |
---|---|---|
Output icon flashes and beeps. | Output exceeds rated limit and is short-circuited. | Remove the load, then short press the switch to clear the alarm. |
Temperature warning icon flashes and beeps. | Product temperature is too high or too low. | Remove the product from the charging state, turn off the power, wait for a suitable working temperature, and then the alarm will be removed. |
Icon of connecting to AC mains flashes and product cannot be charged. | Charging cable is poorly connected. | The overload protection function is enabled. |
The parallel light blinks. | Parallel failure. | Charge the product with lower battery capacity, or discharge the product with higher battery capacity (until the power difference is less than 80%), and then reconnect them. |
AC Input
When charging via mains input, use the provided power cable. For single-phase input (120V), the charger delivers 1800W. For dual-phase input (240V), it provides 3000W. Connect the charger to the product's AC input port first, ensuring a click sound, then plug the charger into the AC socket.
UPS Mode
The product functions as a backup uninterruptible power supply. When connected between the wall socket and an electrical appliance with the product's power ON, it enters UPS mode. AC mains power the appliance through a bypass circuit and charges the product. Ensure total charge/discharge power is below 1800W (120V) or 7200W (220V-240V) to avoid overload protection. In 120V UPS mode, only specific ports are functional.
If AC mains are disconnected, the product switches to a bidirectional inverter circuit within 10ms, supplying power to the appliance uninterruptedly.
Battery Pack Connection Instructions
The portable power station can be connected to up to two battery packs via parallel cables, with a maximum capacity of 15666Wh. Ensure both the power station and battery packs are turned off before connecting. S1 and S2 connection icons will appear on the screen upon successful connection. The system automatically distributes power for balanced charging and discharging based on remaining capacity.
Precautions: Do not plug or unplug connecting cables while products are in use. Avoid short-circuiting the connecting ports.
Connection of Solar Panels
The product can be connected to solar panels for charging, with charging power dependent on light and weather conditions.
