Specifications for the Kit
Type
- Turnkey solution for single-zone ductless heat pumps that prevents simultaneous activation of electric heating and air-conditioning in the same zone
- Multi-zone and ducted expansion available on request
Internet connection
- Not required
Communication
- Protocol: Wi-Fi
- Standard: IEEE 802.11 b/g/n
- Frequency: 2.4 GHz
- Encryption key: WPA2
Devices
- Kit includes:
- 1 x Wi-Fi thermostat for electric heating (TH1134WF)
- 1 x Wi-Fi interface for compatible* HP6000WF-MA ductless heat pump
- Devices pre-associated together and factory pre-programmed by Sinopé Technologies
- Devices in the kit must not be sold separately
- Devices all have the same reference number (one number per factory-pre-associated set)
How it works
- Heat pump control:
- The user uses the heat pump's remote control.
- Wi-Fi communication between devices:
- The TH1134WF thermostat connects to the HP6000WF-MA's secure Wi-Fi network.
- The HP6000WF interface, connected to the heat pump, transmits its status over its network.
- The TH1134WF thermostat reads the HP6000WF-MA status transmitted over the network.
- Device coordination:
- When the heat pump is in cooling or automatic mode, the thermostat automatically stops its heating.
- In heating, fan or OFF mode, the thermostat can activate heating without interfering with the heat pump.
Specific scenarios
- Loss of communication or malfunction:
- If there is a problem with the HP6000WF interface or the heat pump for more than 30 minutes, the thermostat will start heating again.
- Thermostat display in cooling mode:
- If the heat pump is in cooling mode and the user cannot interact with the thermostat, the display shows “IL” when the user attempts to change the setpoint. This indicates that heating is deactivated.
Evolutivity
- If the user connects the HP6000WF-MA and TH1134WF to the Internet and creates an account on Sinopé's Neviweb application (residential user) or on the Sinopé Smart Systems platform (commercial user who must contact a Sinopé representative beforehand):
- Interlock settings are retained.
- The user can add other Sinopé devices.
