User Safety Instructions
- To avoid any possible hearing damage, keep the volume at a moderate level.
- Avoid listening to music at loud volume levels for prolonged periods of time, as this may cause permanent hearing damage or hearing loss.
- Always be aware of your surroundings while operating and do not use the earphones while driving, cycling, running or jogging or when doing any activity which requires your attention and ability to hear.
- Even if not using, charge the earphones and the battery case at least once every 6 months, for the good life cycle of the product.
- Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from hot and humid conditions.
- The battery is designed to last lifecycle of the product. It should only be removed by a recycling facility. Attempting to remove or replace the batteries will damage the product and void the warranty.
- Bluetooth products can be affected by the environment. Do not use them in environments with large electromagnetic fields / high radiation levels. The Bluetooth signal will be impacted and less than optimal performance may occur.
- Do not use these headphones in temperatures below 0°C or above 45°C.
- Do not use equipment in thunderstorm weather. Thunderstorms may cause abnormal equipment operation and increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not place the Bluetooth earphones in water or apply excessive force on them, as this may cause damage to the earphones, resulting in poor sound quality.
Product Safety Warning
- Please use an AC adaptor with a maximum output voltage/current of 5V/1A. If the output voltage and current of the charger exceed the recommended power, it may cause severe damage to the product and void the product warranty.
- Use the original charging cable for charging the storage case.
- Charge the earphones and the battery case at least once every 6 months, for the good life cycle of the product. Store in a cool and dry place, keep away from hot and humid conditions.
Overview
The product consists of two wireless earphones and a charging case. The earphones are designed for active noise cancellation. The charging case provides power and storage for the earphones.
Key Components:
- 1 Multi-function button (MFB): Used for controlling playback, calls, and voice assistant.
- 2 Microphone: For voice calls and voice commands.
- 3 Indicator (earphone): Shows charging status or pairing mode.
- 4 Reset button: Located on the charging case, used for resetting the earphones.
- 5 Indicator (charging case): Shows the charging status of the case.
Operation
Power on/off
- To power on: Open the charging case lid; the earphones will automatically turn on.
- To power off: Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid.
Note: The headphones can also be manually turned on/off by pressing and holding the MFB for 5 seconds.
When the charging box has low battery or is flat, the earphones will not automatically power off when placed in the charging case. You need to manually turn off the earphones.
Note: The earphones need to be disconnected from the device before manually turning them on/off.
Inter-connect the Earphones
- Ensure that earphones are charged.
- Firstly, remove both earphones from the charging case. They will turn on and enter auto inter-pairing mode. After a few seconds, both earphones will be interconnected. You will hear a prompt tone when the connection is successful.
- To reactivate inter-pairing mode, place the earphones back in the charging case, close the cap, wait a few seconds, and then follow the above procedure again.
Bluetooth Pairing
After interconnection is successful, the earphones are ready to pair with your Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device and search for “R9 Pro” in the Bluetooth menu. Select “Kogan H2 Pro Earphones” and you will hear a prompt tone when pairing is successful.
- Once the connection is successful, you can start using the earphones.
- To disconnect: Simply place the earphones back in the charging case, and they will automatically disconnect from any paired devices.
- To reconnect with the same device: Remove the earphones from the charging case, and they will automatically connect to the device (ensure Bluetooth is turned on the device).
- To stop the TWS earphones from auto-connecting to any device, delete the earphones from the Bluetooth menu of that device.
To enjoy calls, music, and audio output from your device to the TWS earphones, make sure that the media connection for both calls and media files is activated in the Bluetooth menu.

Resetting the Earphones
- Open the lid on the charging case.
- Long press the reset button at the bottom of the charging case for 5 seconds.
- The green indicator next to the button blinks 3 times, then close the case lid and open again. The earphones will reset.
Charging the Earphones
Place the earphones in the charging case and close the lid. A red indicator will turn on inside each earphone when charging. The light will turn off when the earphones are fully charged.
Charging the Battery Case
- Plug the USB-C charging cable into the USB-C port in the charging case. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a DC5V/1A power source (phone charger).
- The indicators on the bottom of the charging case will be solid red while charging. When charging is complete, the indicators will turn off.
Power Management
Power Save Mode
The earphones will automatically turn off after 5 minutes if not connected to a device.
Low Battery
When the battery level is below 5%, you will hear an audio prompt “battery low”. The message is repeated every 2 minutes. After approximately 5 minutes, the earphones will power off automatically.
