Getting Started

Follow these steps to connect your BE67 earphones:

  1. Open the charging case and take out both earbuds. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone, search for "BE67", and tap to pair.

Note on Automatic Power Off: The earbuds will turn off automatically after 5 minutes if they have not paired with any device via Bluetooth. They will also turn off automatically when the battery is low.

Q: The earbuds didn't respond when I take them from the charging case; they can't turn on automatically.
A: Please check the power of the charging case. If there is no power, the earbuds cannot turn on automatically. You can manually turn them on by long-touching the MFB for 3 seconds.
Q: I have established a connection with my smartphone, but I am not hearing any sound.
A: Please ensure that the volume is turned up on both your smartphone and the earbuds. Your smartphone may require you to set up the Bluetooth earbuds as an audio output device before sound transmission. Please check your smartphone's instructions for details. If you are using a music player or other Bluetooth devices, please ensure it supports the A2DP stereo music profile.
Q: Why is the connection unstable and cuts out intermittently?
A: Please ensure there are no obstacles between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device. Also, ensure there is no strong radio or Wi-Fi interference nearby.
Q: The sound is not very clear, or the caller cannot hear my voice clearly.
A: Please adjust the volume on your phone and earbuds. Make sure there are no sources of interference nearby. Stay close to your smartphone and check if there is any improvement.
