Identifying Key Parts
The following are the key components of the BE67 True Wireless Earphones:

Charging Display
The charging case and earbud indicator lights provide information about battery status:
Charging Case Charging Status:

Earphones Charging Status:
- Charging: Earbuds are currently charging.

Getting Started
Follow these steps to connect your BE67 earphones:
- Open the charging case and take out both earbuds. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone, search for "BE67", and tap to pair.
Note on Automatic Power Off: The earbuds will turn off automatically after 5 minutes if they have not paired with any device via Bluetooth. They will also turn off automatically when the battery is low.
Functions
You can operate the Touch Multi-function Button (MFB) on each earbud for various functions:
- Play/Pause: When in standby, tap the MFB (Right or Left) twice to play or pause music.
- Previous Track / Next Track: When playing music, press and hold the MFB on the Right earbud for 2 seconds to go to the next track. Press and hold the MFB on the Left earbud for 2 seconds to go to the previous track.
- Volume Increase / Decrease: When playing music, tap the MFB on the Right earbud once to increase the volume. Tap the MFB on the Left earbud once to decrease the volume.
- Start Voice Assistant (Siri): In Bluetooth connection state, quickly triple-click the MFB on either the Left or Right earbud to activate the voice assistant.
- Answer / End Call: When there is an incoming call, tap the MFB twice to answer. Tap the MFB twice again to end the current call.
- Reject An Incoming Call: When there is an incoming call, tap and hold the MFB on either earbud for 2 seconds to reject the call.

- Avoid dripping, dropping, or crushing the earbuds.
- Use original or certified charging cables and accessories.
- Never disassemble or modify the earbuds for any reason to prevent damage or hazards.

FAQs / Troubleshooting
- Q: The earbuds didn't respond when I take them from the charging case; they can't turn on automatically.
- A: Please check the power of the charging case. If there is no power, the earbuds cannot turn on automatically. You can manually turn them on by long-touching the MFB for 3 seconds.
- Q: I have established a connection with my smartphone, but I am not hearing any sound.
- A: Please ensure that the volume is turned up on both your smartphone and the earbuds. Your smartphone may require you to set up the Bluetooth earbuds as an audio output device before sound transmission. Please check your smartphone's instructions for details. - Q: Why is the connection unstable and cuts out intermittently?
- A: Please ensure there are no obstacles between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device. Also, ensure there is no strong radio or Wi-Fi interference nearby.
- Q: The sound is not very clear, or the caller cannot hear my voice clearly.
- A: Please adjust the volume on your phone and earbuds. Make sure there are no sources of interference nearby. Stay close to your smartphone and check if there is any improvement.
