Attaching Heads and Combs:
Trimmer heads and combs are attached or detached from the main trimmer unit by sliding them into place or releasing them via a locking mechanism.
Diagrams on pages 6 and 7 demonstrate how to attach the various trimmer heads (1a-1g) and combs (8, 9, 10) to the main unit, showing the alignment and locking action.
Trimming:
Select the desired cutting length using the length selector dial (2). For optimal results, guide the trimmer against the direction of hair growth.
Diagrams on pages 5, 7, and 8 demonstrate trimming the beard, neck, and face using different attachments and combs, showing the correct angle and movement.
Contouring and Detail Trimming:
Use the detail trimmer head (1c) or contouring head (1e) for precise styling, shaping beard lines, and outlining edges.
Ear and Nose Trimming:
Use the Ear & Nose trimmer head (1f) carefully. Insert it no more than 5 mm (0.2 inches) into the nostril or ear canal to trim stray hairs.
Body Grooming:
Use the body trimmer head (1g) with a comb attachment for trimming body hair, especially in delicate areas.

The trimmer heads are often washable. Detach the head from the unit and rinse it under running water. Dry all parts thoroughly before reattaching or storing.
Diagrams on page 9 show the trimmer head being detached, rinsed under a tap, and then dried.
Oiling:
For optimal performance and to ensure the longevity of the cutting blades, apply a few drops of light machine oil (not included) to the trimmer blades regularly. Follow the visual guide for correct application.
Diagrams on pages 9 and 10 show the process of applying oil to the trimmer blades after cleaning.
