Caution
If you have multiple CORSAIR monitors, 45WQHD240 or 27QHD240, please connect only one monitor and execute updates for each monitor individually.
If the monitor loses power during the update process, it will be reset to its default condition. To restart the update process, please unplug the power connector and plug it back, turn on the monitor, and repeat the update process.

1. Check the cable: Ensure that the USB Type-C to C cable you are using is of good quality and supports the required data transfer and power delivery specifications. If the cable is damaged or of low quality, it can result in connectivity issues. Please use the cable delivered with the monitor in the package.
2. Update drivers: Make sure that the drivers for your graphics card and the USB Type-C port are up to date. This can help ensure that the hardware is functioning properly and can improve the connection.
3. Check the settings: Verify that your PC/laptop is set up to output video over the USB Type-C port. You may need to adjust settings in your computer's Display settings to ensure that it is outputting correctly.
4. Move forward to page8 (FW Update Process) to start the process.

FW Update Process
Please unzip the FW Update Tool zip file and run the RTFirmwareInstaller.exe to initiate the firmware update process.

FW Update Process
The FW Update Tool will display both the currently installed Monitor FW Version and the new FW Version. If the installed version is older than the new version, the Status will show as 'Out of date' and the 'UPDATE' button will become available for you to proceed with the update process.

Once you click the 'UPDATE' button, the FW update process will begin, and the Status will display as 'Updating'

FW Update Process
If you use the incorrect model firmware to update the firmware, the status message will display "Fw file count: 1 , Do isp fail!" and the process will stop. It's important to make sure that you have the correct firmware for your specific device model before attempting to update the firmware.

NOTE:
Always double-check the firmware version and model before initiating any firmware updates, and make sure to follow the instructions carefully.

After the FW update is complete, the monitor will restart automatically, and the Status will change to 'Updated'.

FW Update Process
· If the installed Monitor FW Version is the same as or newer than the New FW Version, the Status will show as 'Up to date'.
· The firmware can be updated forcibly by the user, if desired, by checking the "Force Update" checkbox.

NOTE:
If the FW update process fails, please unplug and plug the AC power, then restart the FW update process from the beginning.
