Notes

Suggestions for Eye Health

In order to avoid the possible eye fatigue and pains in the neck/arm/back/shoulder caused by long-time use of the Monitor, please keep the following suggestions in mind:

  1. Place the Monitor (screen) at a distance of 20~28 inches (about 50~70 cm) from your eyes.
  2. Increase the blinking frequency appropriately to keep your eyes moist when using the Monitor, and moisten your eyes after long-time use of the Monitor.
  3. Take a 20-minute break after two-hour use of the Monitor.
  4. Take frequent breaks: keep your eyes away from the Monitor and look at a distant target for 20 seconds or longer.
  5. During the break, stretch to soothe your neck, arms, back and shoulders.

Low blue light description

The wavelength of blue light is in the blue light band. This monitor has the function of reducing blue light emission. Can select the low blue light mode in the menu to protect your eyes (need the support of the monitor).

Functions of Buttons

Button Action
M Press this button to display the main menu, return to the previous menu or exit the main menu.
Navigation / Decrease When the menu is opened, press this button to select the left/below item, and the value of the progress bar will decrease. When the menu is closed, this button can act as a defined hot key.
Navigation / Increase When the menu is opened, press this button to select the right/upper item, and the value of the progress bar will increase. When the menu is closed, this button can act as a defined hot key.
E When the menu is opened, press this button to select the right/upper item, and the value of the progress bar will increase. When the menu is closed, this button can act as a defined hot key.
⚡️ Power Press it to turn on/off the Monitor.
Power LED Remains on: normal working state; Flashes: power-saving standby state.

Note: the actual buttons depend on the product model.

Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Problem/Failure Possible Solution
The power LED fails to be turned on.
  • Check whether the Monitor is powered on.
  • Check whether the power cord is connected.
Plug-and-Play fails to be achieved.
  • Check whether the PC is compatible with Plug-and-Play.
  • Check whether the 15-pin D-connector of the signal cable is bent.
The image is dim.
  • Adjust the brightness and contrast.
  • Probably there is an electrical equipment nearby causing the electronic interference.
Jerkiness or moire occurs to the image.
  • Check whether the PC is powered on.
  • Check whether the graphics card of the PC is installed properly.
  • Check whether the signal cable of the Monitor is connected properly to the PC.
  • Check the signal cable connector of the Monitor and make sure that the pins are not bent.
  • Press [Caps Lock] on the PC keyboard and observe the power LED, in order to identify whether the PC is operating.
The power LED remains on or flashes, but there is no image on the screen.
  • Check the signal cable of the Monitor and make sure that the pins are not bent.
Some colors are missing (red/green/blue).
  • Press the hot key [E] to activate the AUTO (automatic image adjustment) function.
The image is not centered or the image size is not appropriate.
  • Adjust the RGB color or select a different color temperature.
The image demonstrates chromatic aberration (white does not look white).
  • Press the hot key [E] to activate the automatic image adjustment function.
The image/text is blurred in case of VGA signal.
  • On the white output screen, select "Auto Calibrate Color” in the OSD menu to calibrate the color.
There is color deviation under VGA signal.
  • On the white output screen, select "Auto Calibrate Color” in the OSD menu to calibrate the color.
