2. Connection Steps
Install RX (Receiver)
- Connect the receiver's HDMI port to the TV.
- Power up the receiver using a USB cable.
- Place the receiver in a location with a clear line of sight.
Install TX (Transmitter)
- Connect the transmitter's HDMI or Type-C port to the signal source (e.g., laptop).
- Power up the transmitter using a USB cable.
Status Display
After connecting and powering on, the ? indicator light will flash quickly. The screen will cast after a few seconds.
Setup diagram: A laptop connects to the transmitter. The transmitter wirelessly sends the signal up to 30 meters to the receiver, which connects to HD Displays. Both transmitter and receiver require 5V/1A power supply, except for the Type-C version transmitter which does not need external power.
3. Matching Setting
If the Wireless HDMI Extender cannot match, follow these steps:
Receiver Pairing
Press and hold the [Reset Button] on the Receiver (RX) for 2 seconds. "[Ready to Pair]" will appear on the screen.
Transmitter Pairing
Press the [Pair Button] on the Transmitter (TX) for 5 seconds. Stop pressing after the ? light turns off, and then the light will flash.
Matching State
The devices will complete the match in a few seconds and then work normally.
