Thermozone Air Curtain - PA2500A
Innovative new generation air curtains, designed for horizontal mounting with air circulation in a neutral, compact design featuring an integrated and intelligent control system (SIRe).
Housing
The self-supporting compact unit is constructed from galvanized sheet steel (Zink plated Z275, 35 µm thickness). Visible surfaces are finished with high-quality plastic powder coating (polyester, 60 µm) in subtle gray and white combinations (RAL9016 and RAL7046). Features a dominant, timeless design and an easily removable front access panel. Wall brackets are included for simple mounting; accessories are available for suspended mounting.
Fans
Vibration-free, three-stage variable tangential fans ensure extremely quiet operation. The unit has IP 21 protection, integrated motor protection, and thermal contacts with Class B insulation. A newly developed sound-absorbing lined air outlet pressure chamber minimizes engine noise and promotes an effective airflow profile.
Inlet Grille
Integrated and located on top of the unit, it is not visible from below, preventing dust ingress and ensuring a quiet slipstream.
Outlet Grille
The streamlined grey powder-coated outlet nozzle rod profiles can be adjusted between 0° and 30° (in and out) to create a guided, aerodynamic airflow and provide high shielding effectiveness, utilizing Thermozone Technology.
Electrical Connection
The main control connection is mounted on top of the device, easily accessible, and designed according to ISO 9001:2000.
Control System
The intelligent and adaptive control system allows operation with three different fan speeds for optimal energy efficiency and air curtain effect. It includes a calendar program for easy scheduling and adjustment without manual intervention. The system can be connected to 0-10V or a BMS system with Modbus protocol.
