MILO Bed Assembly Instructions

Before You Begin

Important Preparations

1. Ensure ample free space for installation.
2. Before unpacking fully, measure the elements to verify they match the order.
3. After unpacking, check the completeness of the set against the assembly instructions. Contact us if any parts are missing; we will send replacements.
4. Consider if you will need assistance with assembly. If necessary, find someone to help. For bunk beds, two people are recommended.
5. Install wooden dowels on a solid, flat surface. Use a hammer, but do not apply excessive force.

NEVER HAMMER WOODEN DOWELS IN THE AIR OR WITHOUT SUPPORT!

Recommended Assembly Tools

• Hammer for Dowels (Part K)
• Allen Key for Screws (Part S) - Included in assembly kit!
• Screwdriver for Bolts & Eccentricities (Types Mi, W, TRZ)
• Cordless Screwdriver: Use only low power mode to avoid damaging furniture.

Assembly Steps

Step 3: Attach Side Supports

Insert wooden dowels (K10) with glue (G) into the designated holes on the side posts (NL/NP). Attach three (3) DD pieces, one (1) DKB piece, and four (4) DK pieces to the posts using the dowels.

Step 4: Install Slatted Base Supports

Apply glue (G) to the LDS (x2) and DD (x2) pieces. Attach them to the frame using W30 screws. Ensure a 5mm offset for the DD pieces.

Step 5: Prepare Posts

Insert wooden dowels (K10) with glue (G) into the top holes of the four (4) NL/NP posts.

Step 6: Assemble Main Frame

Connect the side posts (NL, NP) to the side panel supports (DK) using S110 screws. Repeat this action for each bed leg.

Step 7: Attach Slatted Base Supports

Attach the DD pieces to the frame using S80 screws.

Step 8: Secure Base Supports

Attach the DKB piece using S80 screws. Attach the WS piece using S50 screws.

Step 9: Install Cross Support and Brackets

Insert the LKS cross support. Attach the KT brackets using W16 screws.

Step 10: Attach Roof Supports

Insert wooden dowels (K10) with glue (G) into the SK roof supports. Attach the SK pieces to the top of the posts.

Step 11: Attach Roof Beams

Attach the LD and B2 roof beams to the frame using S80 screws.

Step 12: Install Final Brackets

Attach the P brackets to the ST pieces using W16 screws.

Important Information & Safety

Mattress Guidelines

• Maximum mattress thickness: 12 cm. Recommended thickness: 8-12 cm.
• The mattress size must match the bed size.
• Use only one mattress on each part of the bed.

Load Capacity

• Maximum load for the bed: 230 kg.

Safety Warnings

• Do not jump on the bed; this may cause damage.
• Do not use the bed if any part is damaged or if components are missing.
• Do not place the bed near windows, curtains, or blinds.

Care and Maintenance

• The bed can be cleaned with wood care products or gently with sandpaper to remove dirt.

Warranty

• Bed parts come with a 2-year warranty under standard use.

Installation Best Practices

• Ensure proper ventilation in the room to avoid mold.
• Regularly check that all fasteners are properly tightened.
• Always follow the manufacturer's assembly and usage instructions.
• Use only original spare parts supplied by the manufacturer.
