  2. Data Synchronization: Your watch automatically synchronizes data such as steps, sleep patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen saturation with the "Da Fit" app. You can view more detailed analysis and data logs by scrolling down on the corresponding pages within the app.
  3. Automatic Connection: Each time you open the "Da Fit" app, the watch will automatically attempt to connect to your phone. After swiping right on the watch's main interface to access the direction interface, the Bluetooth icon will appear, indicating a successful connection. If the Bluetooth icon is not visible, the watch is not connected.

Troubleshooting

Why Won't My Watch Receive Message Notifications?

Android phones may automatically clear infrequently used background apps, which can cause the watch to disconnect and stop receiving messages. To resolve this:

  1. Ensure message push notifications are enabled within the Da Fit app settings.
  2. Verify that messages are allowed to display in your phone's notification bar. If message notifications are disabled in your phone's settings, the watch will not receive them.

Note: Check your phone's notification settings and ensure notifications are enabled for apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone calls, and SMS.

Why Are Blood Pressure Readings Different from a Sphygmomanometer?

Differences in blood pressure readings between the smartwatch and a traditional sphygmomanometer are due to various factors. Sphygmomanometers typically measure on the radial artery, while smartwatches may measure on smaller arterioles. The natural difference between aortic pressure and micro-arterial pressure can range from 3 to 40 mmHg. Additionally, external factors like the position of your arm or pressure from the sphygmomanometer cuff can affect readings, leading to variations.

Why Can't I Use the Smartwatch in the Bath, Hot Springs, or Sauna?

The high temperature and steam in baths, hot springs, or saunas can cause issues. Water vapor, being in a gaseous state with small molecules, can infiltrate the watch casing. As the temperature drops, this vapor can condense into liquid water. Water droplets inside the watch can easily cause short circuits, damaging the circuit board and the watch itself. Therefore, it is advised to avoid exposing the smartwatch to such environments.

Special Attention: For other issues related to smartwatch usage, you can find detailed answers in the suggestions section of the Da Fit application.
