SAFETY AND CAUTIONS

Before operating this equipment, please read carefully and follow these safety cautions.

Function and Features

This dehumidifier uses advanced semiconductor refrigeration technology. Its advantages are light and quiet, energy saving, environmental protection, safe and reliable.

This product is suitable for small spaces, and can be placed in closed cabinets such as wardrobes, bookcases, filing cabinets, etc., to help you eliminate mold and various odors caused by moisture. Keep the environment dry and comfortable and prevent all kinds of items from being damaged by moisture.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Household dehumidifiers are suitable for basements, bookcases, wardrobes, etc. They offer high dehumidification efficiency, an anti-overflow function, automatic power-off when full of water, and an external drainage pipe option.

HOW TO USE

    Connect the power.

    Turn on the ON/OFF button.

    Insert one end of the drain hose into the drain hole of the water tank, and put another end into the drain bucket (the end of the bucket should be lower than the position of the water tank).

    When the drain hose is not inserted into the water tank and the water tank is full of water, hold the bottom of the tank with your hand, and then take out the water tank smoothly.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

WARNING: Always switch off the dehumidifier and unplug it from the electrical outlet before attempting any cleaning or maintenance of this product.

Steps for cleaning the water bucket:

  1. After removing the bucket from the unit, lift off the cover. Clean the inside and outside of the bucket as needed.
  2. Rinse the bucket and drain.
  3. Replace the bucket. Ensure the float switch is not obstructed. Proper position of the bucket and float switch is required for the dehumidifier to run.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The following troubleshooting guide addresses the most common problems.

PROBLEMPOSSIBLE CAUSESOLUTION
Dehumidifier does not startNo electricity.Check for power.
The power cord is not properly plugged in.Remove and reconnect the power cord.
The water tank is not in the correct position.Position the water tank correctly into the unit. Unit will not operate until the water tank is secure in place.
Unit runs but the humidity level does not decreaseA door or window is open, letting in new moisture.Make sure all windows or doors to the outside are closed and tightly sealed.
The temperature in the room is too low.The dehumidifier is designed to operate between 41°F (5°C) and 104°F (40°C). Moisture removal is greatly reduced if room temperatures exceed this temperature range.
Air outlet or intake is blocked.Remove blockage.
Frost appears on the coilsDehumidifier has been recently turned on in low room temperatures.This is normal. Frost will disappear in an hour or so after the dehumidifier is switched OFF.
Water on the floorThe garden hose/ drain hose may be loose.Check the connections between the hose and the drain outlet on the unit. See Continuous Water Drainage section.
NoiseYou intended to use the Water tank to collect water but the continuous drain hose is still connected.Disconnect the hose and replace the rubber stopper and drain cap if using the water tank to collect water. See Continuous Water Drainage section.
Fan is working.Wind from the fan can create sounds during operation. This is a normal sound.
