Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage. Step 1 Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw located at the very front of the deck. Step 4 Unfold the unit. Using a pair of long needle nose pliers, remove the spring from the folding mechanism pin. Step 5 Using a smal flat screwdriver, remove the C ring from the folding mechanism pin. Slide the pin out from the frame. Step 6 Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, remove the set screw at the back of the folding knob while holding the knob. Need Help? Slide down the plastic block of the folding mechanism. Step 8 Set aside all the parts from the folding mechanism. Step 9 Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolt from the collar clamp and remove the stem from the fork. Step 10 Using a 36 mm wrench or a large adjustable wrench, loosen the lock nut from the headset bearings. Need Help? Step 12 Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove the limiter screw and slide the fork down. Step 13 Reverse the steps. ATTENTION: Charge battery 8 hours before using. Need Help?
