Device Purpose

This device is intended for personal listening of music, speech, or other audio signals.

Safety Precautions ⚠️

• Do not allow moisture to enter the device to prevent short circuits.
• Do not expose the device to sunlight or high temperatures, as this may shorten the service life of electronic components, damage the battery, and change the shape of some plastic parts.
• Do not use or store the device at very low temperatures to prevent damage to the printed circuit board.
• Do not open the device or attempt to repair it yourself. Service and repair should only be carried out by qualified specialists of an authorized service center.
• Do not subject the device to impacts or excessive vibration, do not drop the device.
• Do not use aggressive chemicals or detergents to clean the device.
• Do not scratch the device's housing and exterior with sharp objects to avoid damage.

Recommendations for working with the battery (Li-pol/Li-ion)

Use only the original charging device. Observe the temperature regime. Batteries should be stored in a charged state at a temperature of +15 °C to +35 °C with normal air humidity. Batteries cannot withstand prolonged use when the ambient temperature is very high (above 40 °C) or very low (below -10 °C). Do not leave the battery in direct sunlight. Do not disassemble, incinerate, or use batteries with signs of damage.

Usage Instructions

Before first use, remove the insulating film from both earbuds and fully charge the earbuds and charging case using a 5 V/1 A adapter. The device package includes 3 pairs of eartips (sizes S, M, L); size M eartips are already attached to the device. Choose the eartip size that is most comfortable for you.

Turning Earbuds On/Off

Remove the earbuds from the charging case, and they will automatically turn on. Place the left and right earbuds into the charging case and close the lid; the earbuds will automatically turn off.

Connecting Bluetooth ?

If you take out both earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically turn on and pair with each other. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or other device, find "UGREEN HiTune X6" in the device list, and tap to connect. Automatic Reconnection: If Bluetooth is enabled on your phone/other device, and the history of previously connected Bluetooth devices has not been cleared, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the previously paired phone/device.

Resetting to Factory Settings

If the earbuds do not respond, cannot be paired, or do not connect to the device, reset them to factory settings. Remove "UGREEN HiTune X6" from your device's Bluetooth list. With the charging case lid open, place the earbuds in the charging case, then press and hold the reset button ? on the charging case for 10 seconds to perform the factory reset.

Multifunction Button ?

Music Playback

• Press the button ? on the left/right earbud once to pause or resume playback.
• Press the button ? on the right earbud three times to skip to the next track.
• Press the button ? on the left earbud three times to skip to the previous track.
• Press the button ? on the right earbud twice to increase volume ?.
• Press the button ? on the left earbud twice to decrease volume ?.

Switching Sound Playback Modes

Press the button ? on the left/right earbud four times to switch between the default mode and the gaming mode.

Calls ?

• Press the button ? on the left/right earbud once to answer or end a call.
• Press and hold the button ? on the left/right earbud for 2 seconds to reject a call.

Voice Assistant

Press and hold the button ? on the left/right earbud for 2 seconds until a sound signal is heard to activate the voice assistant.

Adjusting Noise Cancellation

Press and hold the button ? on the left/right earbud for 1 second to turn noise cancellation on or off.

Potential Problems and Their Solutions

Warranty Service Terms ?️

The manufacturer guarantees that the device will operate continuously during the entire warranty period and that there will be no defects in materials and assembly. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the product and applies only to new products. Warranty service includes free repair or replacement of elements that fail due to reasons other than the consumer's fault within the warranty period, in accordance with the user manual. Repair or replacement of elements is carried out on the premises of authorized service centers.

Rules and conditions for installation, storage, transportation, sale, and disposal

The device does not require any installation or permanent fixation. The device must be stored in its packaging in heated premises of the manufacturer and consumer at temperatures from 5 °C to 40 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%. Premises should not contain corrosive impurities (vapors of acids, alkalis) that cause corrosion. The device must be transported in a dry environment. The device requires careful handling; protect it from dust, dirt, impacts, moisture, fire, etc. The sale of the device must be carried out in accordance with local legislation. If a defect is found in the device, immediately contact an authorized service center or dispose of the device. After the product's service life has ended, it must not be disposed of with household waste. Instead, it should be handed over for recycling and disposal at designated collection points for electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with federal or local legislation.
