3. Main Features
3.1 Heart Rate Monitoring
The watch uses a built-in PPG heart rate sensor coupled with an HR algorithm to accurately monitor your heart rate. It can monitor your 24-hour real-time heart rate, with the option to turn this function on or off. You can set upper and lower heart rate limits in the Zeroner Health Pro app, and the watch will remind you if your heart rate goes outside these limits during exercise. Heart rate data can be synchronized to Apple Health. During exercise, five heart rate zones are displayed, with detailed data viewable after syncing to the app.
Note: Light signal transmission may be blocked by dark skin, excess hair, or improper wearing, potentially leading to measurement failure.
3.2 Stress Measurement
The watch monitors stress levels and physical condition, allowing adjustments to training intensity and duration to prevent sports injuries. Wear the watch correctly and swipe to find "Stress" to measure. The result, indicating stress level, is shown on the watch. Historical data can be viewed after syncing with the app for comparison.
Note: Keep quiet and remain still during measurement. It is recommended to measure at the same time each day, preferably in a quiet condition (e.g., every morning after getting up).
3.3 Breathing Rate
Breathing rate is the number of breaths per minute at rest, indicating overall health and sleep quality. Wear the watch correctly and swipe to find "BR" to measure. The result is displayed on the watch upon completion.
3.4 Mood Monitoring
The watch detects HRV (heart rate variability) in real-time to evaluate psychological stress levels and convert them into different moods via an algorithm. Wear the watch correctly and swipe to find "Mood" to measure. The result is displayed on the watch upon completion.
3.5 Swimming
The CS200 offers two swimming modes: Free mode (Open Water) and Pool mode. The watch records swimming distance, SWOLF, stroke data, and average pace. To end exercise, press the right button once to pause, then long press to end. Long press the right key to switch display data during swimming mode.
Note:
- CS200 is for swimming only. Diving may damage the device, and such damage is not covered by warranty.
- Heart rate monitoring is not available during swimming.
- Touch function is automatically closed in swimming mode.
- In Pool mode, set the swimming pool distance correctly for accurate data. If the swimming distance is less than one lap, distance cannot be calculated.
- SWOLF = strokes in a single lap + seconds in a single lap.
3.6 Sleep Monitoring
Wear the watch to bed in the evening to check sleep data on the app the next morning. Sleep monitoring occurs from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day.
Note:
- Sleep monitoring stops after waking up and moving for 5-10 minutes.
- Daytime sleep data is not recorded.
