Precautions before Installation
Confirmation of water pressure
- The minimum dynamic operating water pressure is 25 Psi, and the maximum static water pressure is 80 Psi.
Determination method for minimum water flow:
(Tools: stopwatch, measuring cup.)
Open the angle valve for water supply. The measured water flow for 10 seconds should exceed 3L. If these conditions cannot be met, the best flushing effect cannot be achieved, and an additional booster pump is required to increase the pressure.
Confirm dimensions of product with installation space
The product dimensions are provided in inches:
- Side View: Shows height, rough-in distance (12"), and depth.
- Front View: Shows width and depth.
- Top View: Shows width and depth.
Installation of the Smart Toilet
Step 1: Mark the drain outlet
Draw a cross marker on the drain outlet on the ground. Clean the floor and wipe off any excess dust or dirt. Failure to install on a cleaned surface will affect the quality of installation.
Diagram Description: Shows an existing water supply angle valve, drain outlet, cross marker, grounded waterproof and splash-proof electrical outlet, with dimensions 8" (200mm) and 12" (305mm) indicating spacing.
Step 2: Install the floor flange
Diagram Description: Shows a floor flange.
Step 3: Install smart toilet bottom flange anchor screw
Turn the ceramic body over laterally and place it on a prepared foam surface. By visual measurement, draw a line on one lateral side of the ceramic body point of the drain outlet perpendicular to the plane against the center of the ceramic bottom, and the same for the other lateral side. Draw a line perpendicular to the floor from the front central point of the ceramic body.
Diagram Description: Shows a marking pen being used to mark the ceramic body.
Step 4: Install the wax ring and brass floor bolts
Center and press the wax ring on the floor flange. Insert the 2 brass floor bolts flat head through the appropriate slot in the floor flange. Use the provided plastic floor bolt washer to secure the floor bolts on the floor flange. Brass bolts should remain vertical.
Diagram Description (FIGURE 5A): Shows floor bolts and a wax ring.
Diagram Description (FIGURE 5B): Shows a wax ring being placed at the sewage outlet.
Step 5: Prepare the toilet seat for toilet bowl installation
Hold both seat and cover vertical, pull upward to detach them from the ceramic bowl. Move the seat forward as shown.
Step 6: Install the toilet bowl onto the floor flange
Two people should lift the toilet bowl and slowly lower it onto the floor flange, using the guide marking as a reference. Ensure the floor bolts on the floor flange completely come through the bolt opening on the bottom of the toilet bowl by viewing from the back of the seat.
Next, press down the toilet bowl firmly onto the floor so the wax ring creates a full seal.
Lastly, screw down the nuts on the floor bolts by hand to secure the toilet bowl to the floor from the opening behind the back of the seat.
Diagram Description (FIGURE 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D): Illustrates the process of lowering and securing the toilet bowl.
Caution: Do not move the toilet bowl around once it is in position. It can damage the wax ring seal and result in water leakage.
Step 7: Connect the tee valve and water supply hoses
Connect the tee valve to the shut-off valve and connect the braided water supply hoses.
With the 3/8" male connection facing to the right, apply Teflon tape and screw on the adapter (supplied).
Diagram Description (FIGURE 9A, 9B): Shows adapter and tee valve connections.
Connect the tee valve to the male thread on the adapter (apply Teflon tape to male threads). Connect braided supply tubes to the tee valve male connections:
- 1/2" seat water supply hose to the bottom of the tee valve.
- 1/2" toilet water supply hose to the right side of the tee valve.
Note: Use Teflon Tape on all threaded connections to ensure a water-tight seal.
Diagram Description (FIGURE 9C, 9D): Illustrates water supply hose connections.
Step 8: Confirm the water supply
Open the water supply angle valve to the greatest extent as shown in the drawing. Make sure there is no water leakage in each connection part. If there is water leakage, please re-tighten the nut for re-installation.
Step 9: Connect the power supply
- Connect the ground wire.
- Plug the power plug into the AC 120V socket.
- Confirm whether the power is connected.
Note: Confirm the indicator light on the power plug. A lit-up power indicator light will confirm that the smart toilet is powered on. When powered on, press and hold the knob for 3 seconds to enter standby mode.
5. Install the Remote Control
(1) Install the Remote Control

Responsibilities of Others
Inspecting the unit prior to installation is the responsibility of the installer or building contractor acting on behalf of the user. They are responsible for ensuring the unit is free of defect or damage. Notices are placed on and in the unit and on the shipping carton advising the installer of this responsibility.
In the event of a problem, the unit must not be installed. DeerValley is not responsible for failures or damage that could have been discovered, repaired, or avoided by proper inspection and testing prior to installation.
Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. The user or installer MUST open the crate and inspect the unit for damage when it is delivered. If damage is discovered, it must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier in writing, and an inspection requested. Failure of the carrier to respond should be reported to the seller and the carrier. Your freight claims should be filed promptly thereafter.
