Get Started

This section outlines the basic controls and ports of the headset.

• ON/OFF SWITCH: Controls the power of the headset.
• VOLUME CONTROL: Adjusts the audio volume.
• MUTE: Mutes the microphone.
• MICROPHONE: For voice input.
• MICRO-USB CHARGING PORT: For charging the headset.
• 3.5mm AUDIO SOCKET: For wired audio connection.

Charging

Connect the headset to a free USB port on your PC, gaming console, or another USB power source using the provided charging cable. Allow 10 hours of charging time before first use.

Wireless Usage

1. Plug the USB receiver into a free USB port on your PC, PS5*, PS4*, or Nintendo Switch* console.
2. Turn the headset on.
3. The headset and USB receiver will pair automatically, indicated by a flashing LED light.
4. Once successfully paired, the LED light will remain lit.
5. A beeping sound indicates low battery levels.

Wired Usage

1. Connect the headset to your Xbox One* controller, smartphone, tablet, or audio device using the provided 3.5mm audio cable.
2. Turn the headset on.
3. Audio levels can be adjusted using the connected device only during wired usage.

Power Saving Mode

• After 10 minutes of inactivity, the headset enters standby mode, indicated by flashing LEDs. Press the volume button to reactivate.
• After 5 minutes of standby mode, the headset enters sleep mode and needs to be switched off and on again to be reactivated.

• Stop using devices immediately if they are damaged or overheat.
• Exercise caution when using devices that emit radio signals if you have a pacemaker or rely on other sensitive electronic life aids.
