General Safety
- Please use this humidifier strictly according to the instructions in the user manual to avoid accidents such as fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
- This humidifier is suitable for people over 12 years old. Children or individuals with sensory disabilities or intellectual disabilities should use it only under the supervision of a guardian.
- This humidifier is for indoor use only and should be placed on a suitable flat surface. Please do not use this humidifier outdoors.
Operational Safety
- Do not insert or cover any objects into this humidifier to avoid damaging the air intake and outlet, which may cause electric shock or fire.
- Do not immerse the humidifier main unit, power cord, or power plug of this humidifier in water or any other liquid.
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this humidifier with any solid-state speed control devices.
- Do not add essential oils, water treatment solutions, or water filters to the water tank, as this may damage the humidifier and cause leaks.
- When not in use for an extended period, please turn off the humidifier and unplug it from the socket.
Electrical Safety
- The input voltage of the humidifier is 100-240V~50/60Hz 1.0A. Please ensure that the voltage meets the requirements before use.
- If the humidifier is damaged or malfunctions during operation, please contact customer service or a qualified electrician for repair or replacement. Do not attempt to repair or replace the humidifier yourself.

Introduction
The Provirtec MistFree Smart Humidifier uses evaporative mist-free technology to humidify your indoor environment without producing visible mist, preventing dampness around the unit.

Installation and Usage
- Remove all packaging and take out all parts (humidifier main unit, water tank, replacement filter, power adapter, smart thermo-hygrometer). Remove all tape.
- Before using for the first time, all parts should be cleaned.
- Install the filter/filter bracket at the bottom of the water tank so that the filter bracket is slightly higher than the tank. Place the humidifier main unit on top of the water tank, ensuring that the triangle on the main unit is aligned with the [alignment marker] on the water tank. Insert the adapter's DC input into the power interface on the main unit.
- After assembly, place the smart humidifier on a suitable flat surface. Ensure that the air outlet is not obstructed and keep the air intake at least 30 cm/12 inches away from walls or other obstacles.
- Once you have confirmed that the humidifier is assembled correctly, remove the humidifier main unit, and add up to 3L water to the water tank (Note: Do not add water directly to the air outlet of the humidifier main unit!). After adding water, align and install the main unit and water tank together, ensuring the [alignment markers] are properly aligned. Finally, plug the power adapter into a power outlet (ensure the power supply meets the requirements) to begin humidifying your indoor environment.
Provirtec Smart Thermo-Hygrometer Binding
After connecting this humidifier to the app via 2.4G WiFi (see Chapter 8: App Installation), it can be paired with the Provirtec smart thermo-hygrometer. This allows the smart humidifier to use the humidity data from the Provirtec smart thermo-hygrometer for precise humidity control based on the detected environmental humidity. Place the humidifier and smart thermo-hygrometer in the same space like the living room or bedroom, the smart thermo-hygrometer connects to the humidifier via BT, with an effective range of up to 50 meters/164 feet.
Display & Control Panel
General: When the humidifier is working, the buttons in the working process will be fully lit, while the buttons not in the working state will not be lit.
- On/Off: Press: turns the humidifier on or off. Each time it is turned on, it will remember previous settings for the operation mode, lighting, and UV status. If the water tank is opened or if the water tank is empty during operation, the humidifier will continue to work for 10 minutes before shutting down. Long press 3S: enters network connecting mode.
- Humidification Level Settings: Press: press repeatedly to cycle through humidification level settings: 1-2-3. Long press: activates filter drying mode, which defaults to 30 minutes. Short press to stop the drying process.
- Auto Mode (A): Press: press auto mode button to activate smart humidity, maintaining indoor humidity within the target range. Default humidity is 45-65%, which can be adjusted via the app.
- Sleep Mode: Press: turn on or off sleep mode. When activated, it switches to level setting 1 (adjustable). After 3 seconds, the screen and ambient light will turn off. Any button press will reactivate the lights, which will turn off after 3 seconds and return to sleep mode. When deactivated, the lights will turn on.
- UV Light (UV): Press: turns the UV light on/off. The UV light will automatically turn off when the water tank is opened.
- Ambient Light: Press: cycles through designated colors. Long press: turns off the light.
- Timer: Press: sets the shutoff time, timing duration in the 0-12H cycle, every time you press increase 1H. In other modes, a short press will display the current timing time.
- Filter Reset: When the filter needs replacement, the red filter light will illuminate. Long press for 3 seconds until the buzzer beeps once to reset the filter life to 100%.

Cleaning & Storage Instructions
Water Tank Cleaning
- Remove the humidifier main unit and filter from the water tank.
- Use a clean brush or cloth to gently wipe the inner walls of the water tank to remove any accumulated dirt.
- Rinse the water tank with clean water until all dirt and dust are gone from the inner walls.
- Once the parts are dry, reassemble them for use.
Humidifier Main Unit Cleaning
Use a clean, dry towel to gently wipe the surface of the humidifier main unit or use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the surface until all dust is gone.
Note: Do not disassemble the humidifier main unit for cleaning!
Filter Cleaning
- Remove the humidifier main unit from the water tank and take out the filter.
- Remove the filter from the bracket.
- Wash the filter under a tap or place it in a washing machine.
- After cleaning, reassemble the parts before using the humidifier.
Storage
When not using the humidifier for an extended period, empty the water tank, use the filter drying function to dry the filter, and then store the humidifier in a dust-proof storage bag.
App Installation
- Download the Prodigytec app from App Store (iOS device) or Google Play (Android device).
- Register your account via email. After registration is completed, enter "Home", and select "Add device" - "Humidifier" - "MistFree Smart Humidifier".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add the Humidifier.
- Add humidifier to unlock more functions.
FAQ
Problems and Solutions
