Product Diagram
Default Wi-Fi Name (SSIDs):
- 2.4G: GNCC-XXXX (where XXXX represents the last 4 digits of the MAC address)
- 5G: GNCC-5G-XXXX (where XXXX represents the last 4 digits of the MAC address)
Connection Diagram:
The router connects to a Wall Socket via a Power Adapter. The router's WAN port connects to a Modem, which in turn connects to the Internet via an Optical Fiber/Phone Line. The router also has an Internet Network Port. The router can be connected to a PC or network switch via LAN ports. The RST/WPS/MESH button is located on the back of the router.

Ports/Button
Ports/Button | Description |

DC Power Port | Connect to the power supply, 12VDC/1.0A. |
WAN Port | Connect to the Internet. |
LAN1-LAN4 | Connect to PC or network switch using Ethernet cable. |
RST/WPS/MESH Button | Reset to factory default settings: Press and hold for 5-8 seconds until the system indicator blinks quickly. The router will be reset to factory default. Activate WPS/Mesh function: Press and hold for 1-3 seconds. The system indicator will blink quickly for 2 minutes, until WPS/Mesh pairs successfully or times out. |
Set up the Router
Using GNCC Home APP
- Download and install the GNCC Home APP from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the GNCC Home APP and log in with your GNCC ID (registration required).
- Power on your router and follow the step-by-step instructions in the app to set it up.
- Explore the GNCC Home APP for features like Parental Control, Network Security, Wi-Fi Schedule, Guest Wi-Fi, Connected Devices, and Network Map.
Using Web Browser
- On your mobile phone or PC, open a web browser.
- Enter http://gncclink.net or 192.168.8.1 (default IP address) to launch the router's web GUI.
- Log in with the router's admin password (default is "admin") and follow the instructions to set up your router.
Connect your mobile phone to the router
Turn on Wi-Fi on your mobile phone and connect to the router's wireless network: GNCC-XXXX or GNCC-5G-XXXX.
Note:
- The "XXXX" refers to the last four digits of the MAC address.
- The default Wi-Fi password is empty (no password required).
- You can change your Wi-Fi SSID and set a new password for higher security via the GNCC Home APP or Web GUI. The Wi-Fi Password can contain 8-63 characters or digits, including special characters. The SSID can contain 1-32 characters, digits, or special characters.

FAQs
- Unable to log in the router's web page on Phone?
Check if your Phone is connected to the router's Wi-Fi and can access the Internet. Ensure you have entered the correct default URL (http://gncclink.net) or IP address (default is 192.168.8.1). - If I forget the router's login password?
If registered with the GNCC Home APP, you can find the password there. Alternatively, reset the router to factory defaults by pressing and holding the RST/WPS button for 5-8 seconds until the system indicator blinks quickly. The password will revert to "admin". - How to do if I forget the password of the Wi-Fi?
If registered with the GNCC Home APP, you can find the password there. You can also connect a PC to the router via an Ethernet cable and log in to the web management page to check the Wi-Fi password under Basic-Wireless Settings. Ensure your computer is set to "Obtain IP address automatically". - How to enable Smart Integrated SSID for 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi with a single SSID?
In the GNCC Home APP or the router's web page, navigate to Wi-Fi settings and enable Smart Integrated SSID. Allow about 1 minute for the setting to take effect. Your Wi-Fi will temporarily disconnect and require reconnection.
