de in der MyJUWEL App aktiviert oder der Service-Mode per Tastendruck

am HeliaLux AppControl eingeschaltet. Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit

wechselt der HeliaLux AppControl in den regulären Betrieb (Auto-Mode)

zurück. Die grüne Statusleuchte blinkt regelmäßig in gleichen Abständen

C Restarting (Neustart)

Das System wird neu gestartet. Die rote Statusleuchte leuchtet auf und er-

lischt nach erfolgreichem System-Neustart wieder (

Service-Mode Mode-Taste 3 Sek. gedrückt halten: Der Service-Mode wird für 60 Min. aktiviert. Alle 4 Farben der HeliaLux Spectrum leuchten mit 100 % Helligkeit für 60 Min.

E Reboot-Taste
1x Reboot-Taste: Der Controller führt einen Neustart durch (hierbei werden keine Einstellungen zurückgesetzt).

Werkseinstellungen
1x Reboot E , anschließend 10 Sek. Mode-Taste D gedrückt halten bis die rote LED am Controller anfängt zu blinken. Alle Einstellungen werden auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Aber keine Sorge, Deine individuellen Profile bleiben in Deinem Account erhalten.

Allgemeine Hinweise
Der HeliaLux AppControl funktioniert über 2,4 GHz Netzwerke. Stelle sicher, dass Dein Router/Repeater/Access-Point im 2,4 GHz Bereich oder im Automatik-Modus (2,4 / 5 GHz) funktioniert.

Pflegehinweise
Bei Wartungs- und Pflegemaßnahmen den HeliaLux AppControl immer vom Stromnetz trennen. Bei Bedarf mit einem weichen Tuch und mildem Reinigungsmittel reinigen.
Problembehandlung

Problem: Dein HeliaLux AppControl wird beim Hinzufügen in die MyJUWEL App nicht gefunden.

Mögliche Ursachen:

a. Dein HeliaLux AppControl befindet sich nicht im Kopplungsmodus (Pairing-Mode). Hierzu muss die blaue LED kurz, kurz, lang blinken

b. Aktiviere die Bluetooth-Funktion in den Verbindungs-Einstellungen Deines Smartphones. Anschließend starte den Einbindungsprozess in der MyJUWEL App erneut.

c. Stelle sicher, dass Dein Smartphone und der HeliaLux AppControl sich während des Einbindungsprozesses in Sichtweite zueinander befinden.

Problem: Dein HeliaLux AppControl wird beim Hinzufügen in die MyJUWEL App gefunden, jedoch schlägt der Einbindungsprozess fehl. Mögliche Ursachen: a. Im Einbindungsprozess wurde der falsche WLAN-Name (SSID) aus-
gewählt oder ein nicht korrektes WLAN-Passwort eingegeben. b. Der HeliaLux AppControl befindet sich außerhalb der Reichweite zu
Deinem Heimnetzwerk (WLAN). c. Der Frequenzbereich von 2,4 GHz ist in Deinem Router deaktiviert. Abhilfe: a. Setze den HeliaLux AppControl in die Werkseinstellungen zurück.
Drücke hierzu 1x die Taste Reboot E und halte anschließend die ModeTaste D für 10 Sek. gedrückt, bis die rote LED am HeliaLux AppControl anfängt zu blinken. Der HeliaLux AppControl wechselt nun in den Kopplungsmodus (Pairing-Mode). Anschließend starte den Einbindunsprozess in der MyJUWEL App erneut. b. Stelle ein ausreichend starkes WLAN-Signal am Standort Deines HeliaLux AppControl zur Verfügung. c. Überprüfe, ob der 2,4 GHz Frequenzbereich in Deinem Router aktiviert ist.

Problem: Dein HeliaLux AppContol wurde erfolgreich eingebunden, Du befindest Dich mit Deinem Smartphone im selben WLAN, jedoch ist der Gerätestatus in der MyJUWEL App "offline".

Mögliche Ursachen:

a. Dein HeliaLux AppControl kann sich nicht mit Deinem WLAN verbin-

den bzw. befindet sich außerhalb der WLAN-Reichweite. In diesem Fall

Abhilfe:

a1. Führe einen Neustart Deines HeliaLux AppControl durch. Drücke hierzu einmal die Taste Reboot E am Gerät.Überprüfe die Internetverbindung des Routers oder verwende dasselbe WLAN mit dem Dein HeliaLux AppControl verbunden ist.

a2. Prüfe, ob das WLAN Deines Routers eingeschaltet ist und stelle ein ausreichend starkes WLAN-Signal am Standort Deines HeliaLux AppControl sicher.

a3. Ggf. hast Du einen neuen WLAN-Router oder den WLAN-Namen (SSID) Deines Heimnetzwerkes geändert. In diesem Fall setze den HeliaLux AppControl in die Werkseinstellungen zurück. Drücke hierzu 1x die Taste Reboot E und halte anschließend die Mode-Taste D für 10 Sek. gedrückt, bis die rote LED am HeliaLux AppControl anfängt zu blinken. Der HeliaLux AppControl wechselt nun in den Kopplungsmodus (Pairing-Mode). Anschließend starte den Einbindungsprozess in der MyJUWEL App erneut.

c. Dein HeliaLux AppControl kann sich nicht mit Deinem WLAN verbind-

c. Prüfe, ob das WLAN Deines Routers eingeschaltet ist und stelle ein ausreichend starkes WLAN-Signal am Standort Deines HeliaLux AppControl sicher.

d. Ggf. hast Du einen neuen WLAN-Router oder den WLAN-Namen (SSID) Deines Heimnetzwerkes geändert. In diesem Fall setze den HeliaLux AppControl in die Werkseinstellungen zurück. LED Status Lights and controls

A Network

1 The controller is in pairing mode. In this state, the HeliaLux AppControl can

Service-Mode Hold the Mode button for 3 seconds: The service mode is activated for 60 minutes. All 4 colors of the HeliaLux Spectrum light up at 100% brightness for 60 minutes.

E Restart
Press the Reboot button once: The controller performs a restart (no settings are reset).

Factory Settings
Press the Reboot button E once, then hold the Mode button D for 10 seconds until the red LED on the controller starts blinking: All settings are reset to factory settings. But don`t worry, your custom profiles remain saved in your account.

General Notes
The HeliaLux AppControl operates over 2.4 GHz networks. Make sure that your router/repeater/access point operates in the 2.4 GHz range or in automatic mode (2.4 / 5 GHz).
Maintenance and Care
Always disconnect the HeliaLux AppControl from the power supply when performing maintenance and care procedures. Clean as needed with a soft cloth and mild cleaning agent.
Troubleshooting

Problem: Your HeliaLux AppControl is not found when adding it to the MyJUWEL App.

Possible Causes:

a. Your HeliaLux AppControl is not in pairing mode (Pairing-Mode). The

blue LED should blink short, short, long (

b. The Bluetooth function of your smartphone is disabled.

c. The HeliaLux AppControl is too far from the smartphone.

Solution:

a. Reset the HeliaLux AppControl to factory settings. Press the Reboot button E once, then hold the Mode button D for 10 seconds until the red LED on the HeliaLux AppControl starts blinking. The HeliaLux AppControl will now switch to pairing mode (Pairing-Mode). Then, restart the pairing process in the MyJUWEL App.

b. Activate the Bluetooth function in the connection settings of your smartphone. Then, restart the pairing process in the MyJUWEL App.

c. Make sure that your smartphone and the HeliaLux AppControl are within sight of each other during the pairing process.

Problem: Your HeliaLux AppControl is found when adding it to the MyJUWEL App, but the pairing process fails. Possible Causes: a. In the pairing process, the wrong Wi-Fi name (SSID) was selected or an
incorrect Wi-Fi password was entered. b. The HeliaLux AppControl is out of range of your home network (Wi-Fi). c. The 2.4 GHz frequency range is disabled on your router. Solution: a. Reset the HeliaLux AppControl to factory settings. Press the Reboot
button E once, then hold the Mode button D for 10 seconds until the red LED on the HeliaLux AppControl starts blinking. The HeliaLux AppControl will now switch to pairing mode (Pairing-Mode). Then, restart the pairing process in the MyJUWEL App. Now, ensure that the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password are correct b. Provide a sufficiently strong Wi-Fi signal at the location of your HeliaLux AppControl c. Check if the 2.4 GHz frequency range is enabled on your router.

Problem: Your HeliaLux AppControl has been successfully integrated. You are connected to the same WiFi with your smartphone, however, the device status in the MyJUWEL App shows "offline".

Possible Causes:

a. Your HeliaLux AppControl is unable to connect to your WiFi or is out of

WiFi range. In this case, the blue LED blinks short, short, short, short

Solution:

a1. Perform a restart of your HeliaLux AppControl. Press the Reboot button E on the device once.

a2. Check if your router's WiFi is turned on and ensure a strong WiFi signal at the location of your HeliaLux AppControl.

a3. If you have a new WiFi router or have changed the WiFi name (SSID) of your home network, reset the HeliaLux AppControl to factory settings.
