Before First Use

Wash with washing-up liquid and rinse with water before using the cookware for the first time.

Cleaning

The pots and saucepan are dishwasher safe. The frying pan has a non-stick coating and should be washed by hand.

Do not use steel wool or any abrasive material that may scratch the coating. Dishwasher detergent and cleaning powders that solidify cooking oil can affect the surface.

The base is slightly concave when cold but expands to flatten out when heated. Always allow the cookware to cool before cleaning. This helps the base return to its original shape and prevents it from becoming uneven with use.

How to Use

This cookware is suitable for use on all types of hobs and in ovens.

The frying pan features a sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating, allowing you to cook food with little or no fat.

Do not let the cookware boil dry, as this can cause the base to warp from overheating and the coating to lose its non-stick properties.

Only use wooden or plastic utensils with smooth edges in the frying pan.

To save energy, place the cookware on a cooking zone with a diameter equal to or smaller than the cookware's base.

Be aware that the cookware gets hot during use. Always handle with potholders.

Always lift the cookware when moving it on a glass ceramic hob to avoid scratching the surface.
