How it Works

Install the Driver
(This Ethernet Adapter is driverless for Windows 8/10 and OS X)
- Insert the provided CD into your DVD/CD-ROM drive.
- Double-click the corresponding folder from the Autoplay menu according to your operating system.
- Double-click "Setup.exe" to install the driver. If the automatic Pop-up fails on your operating system, it is recommended to navigate to the CD/DVD drive and run the application manually.
- Manually restart the computer once the installation is complete.

Search for product model "20253/20254/20257" on the official UGREEN website: https://www.ugreen.com/pages/download
Download the driver file, then unzip it and select the correct driver according to your computer's operating system.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation and restart your computer.
Connecting the Adapter
- Connect the USB 2.0 network adapter to an available USB port.
- Insert the network cable into the RJ45 port. The Activity LED (yellow) will flash and the Link LED will stay green.
