Usage Tips

Troubleshooting: Pairing Issues

Warning: If the indicator lights on both earbuds flash rapidly, it indicates that the left and right earbuds are not paired correctly.

Solution:

1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
3. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 5 seconds until the digital display shows "188" flashing 3 times. This will erase pairing information and re-pair the left and right earbuds.

Product Usage

Powering On:

1. Open the charging case; the earbuds will turn on automatically.
2. If powered off, press and hold both earbuds for 3 seconds to turn them on.

Powering Off:

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to turn them off.
2. Automatic power off after 10 minutes of no connection.
3. Automatic power off when the voltage drops below 3.1V.

Bluetooth Pairing

Take out the earbuds and search for "Air1 Pro" on your mobile device to connect.

Using the Mobile App

• Take the earbuds out of the case, activate your phone's Bluetooth, and connect to "Air1 Pro".
• Scan the QR code to download the application (available for iOS and Android).
