Do not cover or block them. · Do not insert any object or spray any liquid into the vents. · Avoid placing the monitor near heaters, stoves, fireplaces or other sources of heat, as well as in rooms lacking adequate ventilation. · Do not position the monitor in unsafe locations. If the monitor falls, it may be damaged and may injure nearby people. · Unplug the monitor if it is not going to be used for an extended period. · Do not place heavy objects on the monitor, its power cord or any connected cable. · Do not open the back panel of the monitor as it contains a high-voltage current even when not plugged in. · There is a polariser layer (not a protective film) on the surface of the screen. Do not peel it off or the monitor may be damaged. Then, the USB-A ports can be used. · USB-B is commonly used for printers, monitors and other devices. · USB-A is commonly used for mice, keyboards, flash drives and other devices. 5 Controls Menu Left Right Exit Power EXIT MENU Turn the monitor On/Off Exit from the main menu or return to the previous menu Navigate left/adjust or reduce Navigate right/adjust or increase Selects menu item 6 ASSEMBLY 1. Lay the monitor on a cloth with the LCD panel facing down to prevent the LCD panel from being damaged. 2. Attach the stand arm to the rear of the monitor. 3. Attach the stand arm to the base using the supplied M5x10 screw. 4. Attach the cover plate to the rear of the monitor. 5. Stand the monitor up on the installed stand base. Cover plate 7 Adjust the Angle The angle of the screen can be adjusted forward 5°or backward 15° to create the ideal viewing experience Notes: · Do not touch or press the screen when adjusting the angle of the monitor. · The images below are for illustrative purposed only. Actual monitor may differ slightly. Forward Angle Backward Angle Wall Mounting WARNING: Before installing the monitor on the wall, detach the stand from the monitor. · To ensure sufficient ventilation, install the monitor at least 10cm away from the wall and leave about 10cm of space on each side of the monitor. · If you are not confident in wall mounting this product, consult a licensed trade professional. 8 1. Place a clean, dry and lint-free cloth on a flat, stable surface. 2. Gently lay the monitor on the cloth with the screen facing down. 3. Identify the four wall mounting screw holes on the back of the monitor. 4. Install the wall mounting bracket (not provided) on the back of the monitor and attach the monitor to the wall according to the mounting bracket's instructions. 5. Ensure that all screws (not provided) are tightened and secured. 10 cm 10 cm The drawing is for illustrative purpose only. 10 cm 10 cm Wall mount: (A x B) 100x100mm Recommended screw size: · M4 x 16 mm (A) · M4 x 6 mm (C) Notes: · Use a wall mounting bracket and screws that conform to VESA standards. Ensure that the box fits appropriately. · For more information, please refer to the user manual for the wall mounting bracket. · This monitor model does support wall mounting, however, due to its size, it is recommended to use a stand. 9 CONNECTIVITY Before connecting the monitor to your PC, shut off the power to both the PC and the monitor. HDMI Connect the provided HDMI cable from the computer's HDMI port to the monitor's HDMI port. HDMI Cable (Included) HDMI OUTPUT PC DP Connect a DisplayPort cable (not provided) from the computer's DisplayPort to the monitor's DisplayPort. Laptop PC 10 USB-C Connect a USB-C cable (not provided) from the monitor's USB-C port to the computer's USB-C port. Laptop PC USB-B & USB-A ports The USB-A ports located on the monitor are designed to act as hubs for connecting peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, external hard drives, and other USB devices. Once your monitor is connected to the computer via the USB-B port, you can conveniently connect your peripherals directly to the monitor's USB-A ports. Mouse Keyboard System unit 11 Earphone Audio Out Connect an audio output device (speakers, headphones etc.) to the audio port on the monitor. The monitor may need to be set as the computer's default sound output device. Earphones (Not included) Power Cable Connect one end of the provided power adaptor to the monitor power port, then connect the other end to a power outlet. Power Adaptor 12 OPERATION 1. Connect the monitor to the input device via HDMI/DisplayPort. 2. Connect the power adapter to the monitor and then connect the other end directly to an electrical outlet. 3. Press the power button to turn the monitor on. DisplayPort HDMI FreeSync The feature itself is on by default when setting 75Hz refresh rate. In order to use this feature, please note you must have hardware with FreeSync capability, an HDMI cable, and the latest graphic drivers. To use this feature, connect your computer and monitor with an HDMI cable. After connecting, you may receive a prompt to enable the feature on your computer. If you do not receive the prompt, you may need to enable the function in your graphics card menu. See your graphics card manufacturer's documentation for instructions on how to turn on and/or enable FreeSync. 13 Using the OSD Menu Press the Menu button to bring up the OSD menu.
