Important Recommendations and Safety Instructions
Our products are TÜV tested and meet current safety standards. However, it is crucial to follow these guidelines strictly:
- Assemble the unit precisely as per instructions using only provided parts. Verify delivery completeness before assembly.
- Regularly (every 1-2 months) check all screws, nuts, and connections for tightness to ensure safe operation. Replace defective parts immediately.
- Place the unit on a dry, level surface, protected from moisture. Compensate for uneven floors.
- Use a suitable non-slip mat (e.g., rubber mat) if the floor needs protection.
- Ensure at least 0.6 meters of free space around the treadmill and 2 meters from other objects.
- Use only mild cleaning agents. Remove sweat immediately after training.
- Consult a doctor before starting any new training program, especially if you have health concerns.
- Only operate the unit when it is in correct working order. Use original spare parts for repairs.
- Ensure adjustable parts are correctly positioned and secured.
- The unit is intended for single-person use. Do not exceed 45 minutes of daily training.
- Wear appropriate training clothes and non-slip shoes.
- Stop training and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other abnormal symptoms.
- Sports equipment is not a toy and must be used only by informed persons.
- Children, invalids, or handicapped persons should use the unit only under supervision.
- Keep body parts away from moving parts.
- Dispose of the product responsibly at the end of its life cycle according to local regulations for electronic waste.
- Do not dispose of packaging materials or batteries with household waste.
- Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 100 kg.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified person.
- Do not leave the unit unattended while switched on.
- The manufacturer is Top-Sports Gilles GmbH, Friedrichstraße 55, D-42551 Velbert. The product complies with EU directives (EMC, LVD, RoHS) and EN ISO standards.
Unpack and Operation
Unpack
Remove small parts and loose packing material. With the help of a second person, carefully lift the walking pad out of the box, supporting it from underneath the base frame (21) to avoid pinching.
Checks and How to Start
1. Connect the power cable (50) to a properly installed power outlet (220-240V~50-60Hz) and the unit's socket (37). Turn on the main switch.
2. The computer display will show normal manual mode. Remove the protective film from the display. Insert the battery into the remote control (49), observing polarity. Press the [▶] button. After a 3-second countdown, the running surface (34) will start moving.
3. Step onto the running surface (34) when the speed is slow and follow the set speed. Familiarize yourself with the machine at low speeds. Walk in the middle of the running surface, avoiding the side rails (26+36). Keep your gaze towards the computer (1). In an emergency, step off the side.

Transport and Storage
1. Turn off the walking pad and disconnect the power cord.
2. Lift the walking pad by the rear end until it rests on the front transport rollers (39) for easy movement.
3. Store in a dry indoor location. The unit can be stored lying down or upright, leaning against a wall on its stand-up feet (19). Cover to protect from discoloration and dust.
Maintenance and Adjusting
Lubrication
To ensure smooth operation, apply silicone oil/spray to the underside of the running belt and the running board after approximately 50 hours of use. Lift the belt slightly and apply the lubricant into the gap. Caution: Excessive lubricant may cause the belt to slip.
Diagram illustrates applying silicone oil between the running belt and running board.
Adjusting Running Belt
If the running belt is off-center, adjust it using the Allen key on the end caps. Turn the right tension bolt clockwise to move the belt left, or the left tension bolt clockwise to move the belt right. If adjustment is still needed after these steps, the belt may be damaged and require replacement. Ensure the belt is centered; readjust if it drifts more than 10mm from the center.
Diagrams show adjusting the belt tension using an Allen key on the end caps, with arrows indicating direction of turn for left/right belt movement.
Running Belt Slips
Check if the belt is properly tensioned (tighten end cap screws), if the motor belt is too loose, or if there is excess lubricant.
No Light on Display
Check the power outlet, main switch, and computer connection. Always unplug the unit before checking computer connections.

Overload Protection
The unit has a microfuse (6.3A/250V) located in compartment (A) near the main switch (37).
Abnormal Noise
Check for loose screws, the motor belt, or the running belt.
Cleaning
Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents. The unit is for private, indoor use only. Keep clean and dry.

General Training Instructions
Consider these factors for effective training:
Intensity
Training exertion should exceed normal levels but not lead to breathlessness or exhaustion. Pulse is a good indicator. Adjust training duration, difficulty, or type as your condition improves.
Training Heart Rate
To determine your training heart rate, use formulas like the Sally Edwards formula: Men: Max HR = 214 - (0.5 x age) - (0.11 x weight); Women: Max HR = 210 - (0.5 x age) - (0.11 x weight). Optimal training heart rate depends on goals, falling into different zones (Health, Fat-Metabolism, Aerobic, Anaerobic, Competition).
Frequency
Experts recommend 3-5 training sessions per week, combined with a healthy diet. Aim for at least three sessions weekly to improve condition or change body weight.
Training Plan
Each session should include a warm-up (5-10 min), training phase, and cool-down (5-10 min stretching). Gradually increase body temperature and oxygen supply during warm-up. Adapt training load to heart rate. Cool-down helps circulation and prevents muscle soreness.

Motivation
Consistent training, a fixed schedule, and a positive mindset are key. Set goals and track progress.
