Declaration Statement

Ubiquiti Inc. hereby declares under its sole responsibility that the Access Card, model UA-Card-W-10, to which this declaration relates, is in conformance with the provisions of the following directives:

  • Radio - 2014/53/EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED)
  • EMC - 2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMCD)
  • Safety - 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive (LVD)
  • Hazardous Materials - 2011/65/EU Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) with amendment (EU) 2015/863; 1907/2006 Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)

For additional REACH details, please refer to ui.com/compliance.

The device has software that cannot affect the conformity with the RED, even if the software is changed or replaced.
