The control panel features a speed selector dial (1-8) and a pulse function (P) for precise control over processing.
Main Components
The food processor consists of the following primary components:
- Motor Base (1): The main unit housing the motor.
- Processing Bowl (2): A large bowl that attaches to the motor base. It features measurement markings in milliliters (ml) and fluid ounces (fl oz), with a maximum capacity of 1.5 Liters (1.5 L max).

- Lid (4): Covers the processing bowl and has an opening for the pusher.
- Pusher (5): Used to guide food down into the processing area through the lid opening.

Assembly and Usage
Follow these general steps for assembling and using the food processor with various attachments. Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly or disassembly.
Basic Assembly

- Place the motor base (1) on a stable, dry surface.
- Insert the drive shaft (3) into the central spindle of the motor base (1).
- Place the processing bowl (2) onto the motor base (1), ensuring it locks securely into position. Note the 1.5 L max fill line.
- Attach the appropriate lid (4) to the processing bowl (2). Ensure it is correctly aligned and locked.
- Insert the pusher (5) into the lid opening.

Chopping, Slicing, and Shredding

Description: For tasks like chopping, slicing, or shredding, ensure the basic assembly (bowl, lid, drive shaft) is in place. Select the desired disc (e.g., slicing disc 22, shredding disc 23, or reversible shredding disc 27) and place it onto the drive shaft (3). The lid (4) must be secured before operating. Ingredients are fed through the pusher (5) into the lid opening.
Chopping with Metal Blade

Description: To chop ingredients, place the metal blade (26) onto the drive shaft (3) within the processing bowl (2). Secure the lid (4). Operate the processor using the speed dial or pulse function. Ensure the blade is handled with care.
Whisking and Emulsifying

Description: Use the whisk/emulsifying disc (24) or the dedicated whisk attachment (31) for tasks such as whipping cream or making mayonnaise. Fit the attachment onto the drive shaft (3) within the bowl (2), secure the lid (4), and operate.
Kneading Dough

Description: For kneading dough, attach the dough tool (25) to the drive shaft (3) inside the processing bowl (2). Secure the lid (4) and operate according to recipe requirements.
Citrus Juicing

Using Additional Bowl or Disc Rack
