The product includes ear tips of different sizes to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for all users.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically power on.
- Power Off: Place the earphones into the charging case and close the case cover. The earphones will automatically power off.
Initial Bluetooth Connection
- Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode (ensure the charging case has sufficient power).
- On your device, turn on Bluetooth settings and connect to "Elevoc Clear".
Pairing with Other Devices
- Place both left and right earbuds into the charging case, keeping the case cover open.
- Press and hold the charging case button for 5 seconds. The indicator lights will flash alternately, then emit a constant light for 3 seconds, indicating the earphones have entered Bluetooth searching and pairing mode.
- Connect the device according to the Bluetooth connection mode.
Charging
Charging the Earphones
Place the earphones into the charging case. They will begin charging automatically. The left and right indicator lights on the charging case will flash continuously until the earphones are fully charged. A low-battery tone will sound if the battery level is below 20%.
Charging the Charging Case
Open the charging case cover. The constant light from the indicator lights reflects the current charge level. Plug a Type-C charging cable into the charging port. The 4 indicator lights will flash continuously according to the charging status. The lights will emit a constant light when fully charged.

Touch Commands
Operate the device using touch commands. Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds perform the same functions.
Music Mode
- Play / Pause Music: Single tap L/R
- Next Song: Double tap L/R
- Previous Song: Triple tap L/R
Call Mode
- Receive Call: Single tap L/R
- Decline / Cancel / End Call: Double tap L/R
Switch Modes
Press and hold L/R for 2 seconds to toggle between ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), Ambient, and Default modes.
Restore Factory Settings
- Remove the earphone device listing from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Place the earphones into the charging case.
- With the case cover open, press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds. The 4 indicator lights on the charging case will stop flashing and then emit a constant light for 3 seconds.
- Close the case cover to complete the reset.

Care and Maintenance
To comply with warranty terms and extend product life, please follow these suggestions:
- Avoid exposing the product to excessively high temperatures, which can shorten component lifespan, damage the battery, and deform plastic parts.
- Avoid exposing the product to excessively low temperatures to prevent damage to internal circuitry.
- Do not disassemble the product unless performed by professionals, as this may cause damage.
- Do not drop, shake vigorously, or hit the product with hard objects to avoid damaging internal circuitry.
- Clean the product with a soft, dry cleaning cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
- Do not use sharp objects to scratch the product surface, to avoid damaging the outer shell or appearance.
Safety Precautions
- For personal safety, avoid wearing or placing earphones too near a pacemaker (less than 10 cm).
- This product is not a toy. Children should only use this device under adult supervision.
- Using earphones at high volume, especially for extended periods, may result in hearing damage.
- A sharp sound may be emitted when switching high-fidelity audio on/off or plugging in earphones. Adjust volume to the lowest setting before switching audio sources or plugging in earphones.
- For traffic safety, refrain from using earphones while driving or cycling.
- Exercise caution or suspend ANC mode use in potentially dangerous situations.
⚠️ Warning! (Battery Safety)
- Improper battery replacement may risk explosion. Use only new batteries of the same or equivalent type.
- For products with removable batteries, they must be recycled or disposed of appropriately. For products with non-removable batteries, do not disassemble the battery.
- Do not disassemble, apply heavy impact, compress, or throw the battery into fire. Avoid exposing the battery to conductive materials, liquids, fire, or high temperatures.
- Do not let battery terminals contact metal objects. Cease use if there is expansion, leakage, discoloration, odor, or any other abnormality.
- Do not use the battery if it has been immersed in water.
- Improper battery handling may result in explosion or leakage, causing burns or other bodily harm.
- In case of battery leakage, take precautions and dispose of the battery immediately according to local laws and regulatory requirements.
