Full Digital Controlled Plasma Cutting Machine
The cutting performance is further geared up: high arc start successful rate, fast cutting speed, high verticality and fine smoothness of cut surface, less amount of slag adhering on the surface and small deformation even for the thin plate.
Cutting Performance Comparison
The new-type cutting torch, powered by the full digital machine, offers a high-level of cutting solution. A comparison of cutting performance between the new-type torch (YT-10PD3HAE+YP-100PF3HGE) and a previous model (YT-10PD2HAE+YP-100PSHGE) is presented. The new torch demonstrates superior cutting speed (0.3m/min vs. ~2.52m/min), better surface smoothness (Ra6.3 vs. Ra2.52), narrower cut width (2.35mm vs. 2.85mm), significantly less slag adhering, and better verticality of the cut surface. Electrode consumption is also shown to be substantially reduced with the new torch, allowing for a higher number of cuts before reaching the electrode limit.
Torch Features
The torch features an ergonomic design, is electric shock proof, and incorporates a new wear and spatter-resisting protection sheath. These features contribute to enhanced operability, durability, and a prolonged life span for the cutting tip. The machine can be stacked in two layers for transportation and storage.
Easy-to-operate "Cutting Navigation Function"
The professional cutting parameter setting function makes operations more convenient, professional, and personalized. The optimal cutting conditions can be set with ease. Users can select material (e.g., Carbon steel (碳钢), Stainless steel (不锈钢), Aluminum (铝)), thickness, and choose between manual or auto selection. The digital display allows for easy fine adjustment. The machine also features air pressure monitoring and cutting torch life monitoring.
? Air Pressure Monitoring Function
The self-draining air filter is provided. Air pressure can be monitored. When air pressure exceeds the recommended range, the machine prompts a warning message which can be controlled by the operator.

The output current of the machine can be limited within the rated cutting current specified on the panel.
? Air Plasma Arc Gouging
Compared with conventional arc air gouging, the noise level reduces over 10 dB and consumables fill can be saved. Air plasma arc gouging can be easily realized by replacing the cutting nozzle with a gouging nozzle.
