Setup Instructions
- Download the “Smart Life” app by scanning the provided QR code or searching for “Smart Life” in the App Store or Google Play.
- Register a Smart Life account and sign in the app. Navigate to 'Add Devices', then select 'Electronic Outlets.' Note: The APP only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
- Power on the device and press the button for 5 seconds until the indicator light blinks rapidly.
- Confirm the indicator light is blinking rapidly, then enter your Wi-Fi password. The device will connect and you can change its name.
- Change the device name to something easily recognizable, like “bedroom light”. Tap DONE to complete.
When the product is plugged into an electrical outlet, the blue indicator light will turn on. Long-pressing the button on the product will put it into pairing status, and the green indicator light will flash quickly. When the product is successfully linked, the green indicator light will remain on. If there is no power to the electrical outlet, the blue indicator light will turn off.

Quick Guide of using Amazon Echo to Control Smart Devices
1. What you need to get started
- Stable Wi-Fi network that can access Amazon servers.
- An Echo device (e.g., Echo, Echo Tap, or Echo Dot).
- An Amazon account.
- Smart Life app and a related account. (Refer to the user manual for details).
2. Link Smart Life account to Alexa
2.1 Tap “Skills” in the menu, search for “Smart Life”, select it, and tap “ENABLE” to activate the Skill.

2.2 You will be redirected to the account linking page. Enter your Smart Life account and password. Ensure you select the correct country/region for your account. Tap “Link Now” to connect your Smart Life account. The country/region, account, and password must match your registration details.

3. Control your smart devices through Echo
3.1 Discover devices
Echo needs to discover your smart devices before it can control them. You can ask Echo to “discover devices” or tap “DISCOVER” in the Smart Home section of the Alexa app. Discovered devices will appear in a list.

3.2 Control devices by voice commands
You can control your smart devices through Echo using voice commands. Examples include:
- Alexa, turn on bedroom light
- Alexa, turn off bedroom light
Note: If you change the device's name in the Smart Life app, you must re-discover the devices in Alexa for the changes to take effect. The device name must be consistent between the Smart Life app and Alexa.
Quick Guide of Using Google Home to Control Smart Devices
1. What you need to get started
- A Google Home Device or an Android phone with Google Assistant.
- Latest Google Home app.
- Latest Google app (Android only).
- A Google account.
- The device display language must be set to English US.
- Smart Life app and a related account.
- Smart devices.
2. Link Smart Life account in Google Home Control
2.1 Tap “Home Control” in the menu on the Google Home app's home page, then tap the “+” icon.

2.2 Find “Smart Life” in the list. In the new window, select your Smart Life account's region, enter your Smart Life account and password, then tap “Link Now”. After assigning rooms for your devices, they will be listed on the Home Control page.

3. Control your smart devices through Google Home
You can now control your smart devices through Google Home. For example, to control a bedroom light:
- OK Google, turn on bedroom light
- OK Google, turn off bedroom light

1. What you need to get started
- Stable Wi-Fi network that can access IFTTT servers.
- A device capable of using IFTTT service (computer or mobile device).
- An IFTTT account (can also use Facebook or Google account).
- Smart Life app and a related account.
- Smart devices controllable by IFTTT service.
2. Set up IFTTT and enable Smart Life Skill
You can configure IFTTT through the web or the app. This guide uses the app configuration as an example.
Web: https://ifttt.com/discover (Configuration via web is similar to the app)
App: Search for “IFTTT” in the App Store or Google Play to install the app.
2.1 Sign in IFTTT app
- Open the IFTTT app by tapping its icon on your mobile device.
- Enter your IFTTT account and password, then tap “Sign In”. Your IFTTT account can be replaced by a Facebook or Google account.
- After successfully signing into the IFTTT app, the display will be as shown in the screenshots.

2.2 Link Smart Life account to IFTTT
- Tap “Search” at the bottom of the screen, enter “Smart Life” in the search box, select the “Smart Life” option, and tap “Connect” to enable Smart Life.

2. You will be redirected to the account linking page. Enter your Smart Life account and password, ensuring you select the correct country/region for your account. Tap “Link Now” to link your Smart Life account. You can verify this in the “Services” section of “My Applet”.

3. Create Applet to control your smart devices (Example 2)
IFTTT stands for “If This Then That”. An “Applet” is a complete task composed of conditions and tasks. “This” represents the condition, and “That” represents the task.
Example 2: Create an Applet to automatically turn on your bedroom light when you enter a specific area.
3.1 Create “this” to configure the trigger
- Tap the “My Applets” tab in the IFTTT app, then tap the “+” symbol in the top right corner to create a new Applet.
- Tap “this” to add a condition for the Applet, then tap “Location” on the service search page.
- Select a specific trigger within “Location”, such as “You enter an area”.
- Select a specific area by dragging the map or entering the location name directly.
- Tap the checkmark “√” in the top right corner of the screen to save this condition.

3.2 Create “that” to configure the task
- Tap “that” to add a task, then enter “Smart Life” in the search box and select the “Smart Life” option.
- Select the desired action in Smart Life, such as “Turn on”.
- Choose the corresponding device (e.g., “bedroom light”) and tap the checkmark “√” on the top right of the screen to save the task.
- Tap “Finish” to complete the Applet creation. It will be saved automatically. You can view it in the “All” section of “My Applet”. When the trigger condition (entering the area) is met, the task (turning on the bedroom light) will be performed automatically.
