Quick Guide

1. Bluetooth Pairing

Take out the two earbuds. They will automatically power on and connect to each other within 10 seconds. One earbud will flash red and blue alternately, indicating it is in Pairing Mode. Search for the pairing name "[TOZO - A1]" on your device.

2. Wearing

To ensure a snug and comfortable fit:

Ensure the eartip is facing downwards, then place the earbuds into your ears.
Rotate the earbuds back towards your auricle to fit snugly.

* Eartip facing upwards is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds.

3. Smart Touch Control

Control your earbuds with simple touch gestures. The following table outlines the functions for the Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds:

4. Power On/Off

Power On: Take the earbuds out of the charging case, or press and hold each earbud for 5 seconds.

Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case, or press and hold each earbud for 5 seconds.

5. Reset

If you experience issues such as only one earbud working or pairing failures, reset the earbuds:

Turn off Bluetooth on your device and remove/forget the "[TOZO-A1]" pairing record.
Take both earbuds out of the case. Quickly tap each earbud 5 times. The reset is complete when the red lights flash for a second.
Place the earbuds back into the case and then take them out again to reconnect.

Note: If your device displays "[Connection failed]", please delete all "[TOZO-A1]" pairing history from your device and pair again.

6. Charging

Charge the case using the included USB-C cable.

Important: Do not put wet earbuds into the charging case. Ensure earbuds are fully dry before charging.
