How to Receive Your GE Appliances Visa Prepaid Card

Mail-in Submission: Ensure all information is complete on the rebate form, including model and serial numbers. Include a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice. Mail to: GE Appliances Claims - $2,000 Profile Sales Event Rebate (AMER200789), P.O. Box 681278, Schaumburg, IL 60168.
Important Dates: Rebate submission must be online or postmarked no later than January 31, 2021. All serial numbers must be submitted by February 28, 2021.

Eligible purchases must be made at an authorized GE Appliances Reseller between July 1 and December 31, 2020. Rebate is issued via a GE Appliances Visa® Prepaid Card. No more than one appliance from the Countertop Microwave/Over-the-Range Microwave category is eligible per rebate. Offer cannot be combined with other GE Appliances package rebates. Fraudulent submission may result in federal prosecution. Retain copies of all submitted materials. Card is valid for up to 6 months; unused funds forfeit after the valid thru date.
