Advanced Driver Assistance Systems

Up to 23 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems

Active Driver Assist: This system adjusts your speed according to road conditions, maintains a safe driving distance, and keeps you within your lane. If the vehicle ahead slows down, the system brakes and, if necessary, stops the vehicle.

360° Surround View Camera: 4 cameras reflecting the vehicle's surroundings in 360° with their images allow for easy maneuvering.

Rear Cross-Traffic Alert: During reverse parking maneuvers, the system warns you if an obstacle (vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, etc.) is detected behind. It facilitates the maneuver when exiting a parking space.

Active Emergency Braking System: The system increases road safety by detecting suddenly appearing pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles. Traveling in the city has never been safer, day or night.

Driver Fatigue Detection System: The system warns the driver when they are inattentive or sleepy.

With up to 36 advanced driver assistance systems, over 60 safety systems, up to 7 airbags, Isofix child seat mounts, and the Renault Fix4sure solution, Renault leverages over 2,000 safety-related patents since 1970.

Accident Management

Leveraging innovations developed with firefighters, Renault manages accidents that occur. Through QRescue/Fireman Access, over 5,000 firefighters worldwide have been trained in the last 10 years, with approximately 600 vehicles made available annually for training.

Research & Development

Significant investment in R&D aims to reduce the number and severity of accidents. This includes safety scores, safety conditions/connected services, a vast database, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity systems.

Warranty and Services

Comprehensive Warranty

New vehicle warranty covers material, assembly, and manufacturing defects for 2 years without mileage limit. In addition to the 2-year unlimited mileage warranty, the Renault Captur is covered by a 3-year / 100,000 km new vehicle warranty (whichever comes first). The battery (traction battery) of the Renault Captur E-Tech 100% electric is covered by an 8-year / 160,000 km warranty (whichever comes first).

Anti-corrosion warranty is valid for 12 years without mileage limit, and paint warranty for 3 years without mileage limit.

Regardless of the vehicle's age, all interventions performed at authorized Renault service centers, for a fee, are covered by a 2-year / 60,000 km spare parts and repair warranty against material, assembly, and manufacturing defects.

No one can service and repair your Renault better than Renault, nor equip it with better accessories. Renault Original spare parts, equivalent in quality to original assembly parts, ensure the preservation of your Renault's original value.
