Product Overview

Read Before Installation

• Carefully read and understand the instructions before attempting to install the speakers.
• For safety, disconnect the negative battery terminal from the battery before beginning the installation.
• For easier assembly, have all necessary tools ready: Electric Drill, Allen set, Crimp tool, Soldering iron, Wire Strippers, Heat-shrink tubing, etc.
• Use high-quality "Waterproof" connectors for a reliable installation and to minimize signal or power loss.
• Exercise caution when drilling: avoid cutting into gas tanks, fuel lines, brake or hydraulic lines, vacuum lines, or electrical wiring on any vehicle.
• Route wires away from fuel lines or power sources whenever possible. Running wires inside the hull or car area offers the best protection.
• Avoid running wires over or through sharp edges. Use rubber or plastic grommets to protect wires routed through metal, especially on towers.
• Ensure the mounting clamp is tight before leaving the dock.
• Decide early on the type of LED lighting desired and wire accordingly. For "Dancing Light" effects, a dedicated LED controller module (LED-BTC) is recommended.

Note: The supplied stainless steel hardware is chosen for rust and corrosion resistance. If the supplied hardware is unsuitable for your installation purposes, please be sure to use only appropriate marine-grade (stainless steel) mounting hardware.

With LED Control Module (LED-BTC):

Connect as shown in the diagram:

• Blue LED (-) wire to Blue LED (-) terminal.
• Red LED (-) wire to Red LED (-) terminal.
• Green LED (-) wire to Green LED (-) terminal.
• Black 12V DC (+) wire to Black 12V DC (+) terminal.
• White Left Speaker (+) wire to White Left Speaker (+) terminal.
• White/Black Left Speaker (-) wire to White/Black Left Speaker (-) terminal.
• Yellow Right Speaker (+) wire to Yellow Right Speaker (+) terminal.
• Yellow/Black Right Speaker (-) wire to Yellow/Black Right Speaker (-) terminal.

The LED-BTC module connects to the Battery (+ and -).

Without LED Control Module (LED-BTC):

Connect as shown in the diagram:

• Black wire "BK" to Battery Positive (+) 12V.
• White Color Light "R", "B", and "G" to Battery Negative (-).
• Green Color Light "G" to Battery Negative (-).
• Red Color Light "R" to Battery Negative (-).
• Blue Color Light "B" to Battery Negative (-).
• Purple Color Light "R" and "B" to Battery Negative (-).
• Yellow Color Light "R" and "G" to Battery Negative (-).
• Cyan Color Light "B" and "G" to Battery Negative (-).

Installation / Instalación: Beginning Mounting

1. Remove tower speakers from the packaging and all hardware.
2. Find a good location that allows for easy wiring of the speaker and LED lights, ensuring it does not impair movement around the location.
3. Using the supplied 6mm hex wrench, spin out the 4-M8 screw that holds the top clamp.
4. Drill a 15-20mm hole on the mounting tube bottom to align with the clamp wire out hole.
5. Connect the speaker wire AMP out and LED controller, then lock the clamp to the tube.
6. Cut the length of the rubber pad and wires outlet according to the diameter of the installation pipe. A diagram shows various pipe diameters (1.0" to 3.0") and how to cut the rubber pad accordingly.
7. Wrap the rubber pad around the pipe and align the wire out hole according to the diagram.
8. Push the wire into the tube, press on the rubber pad, and lock the top clamp.
9. Take down the safety rope and hang it on the pipe. Lock the screw gasket safety rope lifting ring on the clamp base, and apply screw fastening glue on the screw before locking.
10. If necessary, rotate the speakers for best dispersion. This is done by locating the 6mm & 4mm hex wrench set screws on the side of the clamp base. Rotate the speaker/enclosure to the desired angle, then tighten the screws firmly to avoid vibration and clamp loosening.
11. During the mounting process, locate the spot to drill the tower bar for the 6-conductor wire (Speaker and RGB lighting wiring) insertion, or use the tie-wrap solution as shown in the diagram.
12. For flat mounting, remove the clamp and pass the 6-core wire through the flat mounting bracket, then assemble. A diagram shows a 30-degree rotation option.
