Usage
- Turn the adjusting knob [adjust-knob-symbol] to the desired position to adjust the thickness of the coffee powder.
- Add coffee beans into the grinder.
- Install the button cover and turn the rocker clockwise [clockwise-arrow-symbol] to grind the coffee.
Selection of Thickness and Fineness of Coffee Powder
A total of 12 big gear, 55 fine gear.
- Grade 0~1: Ultrafine powder, used for Turkish coffee/over 20bar high pressure coffee machine.
- Grade 1~3: Fine powder, for 8~20bar high pressure Italian coffee machine/air pressure pot.
- Grade 3~5: Medium fine powder for mocha coffee pot/steam pressure coffee pot/air pressure pot.
- Grade 6~9: Medium coarse powder, for hand coffee maker/drip coffee maker/siphon pot.
- Grade 9~11: Coarse powder, used for French press kettle.
Attention to Disassembly and Assembly
First, cover the arm handle on the spindle, and then use the spanner to unscrew the lower spindle nut. Do not disassemble the fixing nut on the upper spindle.
Matters Needing Attention
- In order to protect the sharpness of the core, try not to operate below grade 1.
- The core is sharp, do not remove easily, so as not to cut people.
- Do not grind exceptionally hard objects.
- Keep dry and do not soak in water for a long time.
- Do not open it for children.
- Do not exchange parts with other grinders.
