How to Submit Your Rebate
There are two ways to submit your rebate:
- Online Submission:

- Mail-In Submission:
Complete both sides of the rebate form. Mail the completed form before July 5, 2024, along with a legible copy of your detailed sales receipt to:

Submission Deadline: July 5, 2024.
Serial Number Submission: If appliances have not been delivered by the submission date, submit the form without serial numbers. Serial numbers can be submitted later by calling 1-866-505-3931 or visiting WhirlpoolAppliancePromotions.com before September 3, 2024.
Rebate Requirements
- Purchases must be made at a participating Whirlpool retailer within the valid offer dates.
- Sales receipt must be legible and include: Purchase Date, Purchase Price, Model Number(s), Consumer Name, and Retailer Name. It must show proof of purchase.
- Indicate the model and serial number(s) in the space provided on the rebate form.
Terms and Conditions
- Limit one rebate form per household (two forms per household in RI only).
- Form is not transferable.
- Multiple sales to apartments, builders, condominiums, subdivisions, and wholesalers do not qualify.
- Consumers may choose one model per appliance type, up to a maximum of 8 models, with a maximum rebate amount of $1000 per household.
- Rebate will be in the form of a prepaid Mastercard®.
- Full payment must be made by postmark date. Invoice must be paid in full. Late submissions are not accepted.
- Offer valid in U.S. only.
- Purchases must be made at a participating Whirlpool retailer. Not valid for purchases made at specific retailers (e.g., Abt Electronics, PC Richard, RC Willey, Lowe's, Best Buy, The Home Depot) or online auction houses.
- Purchases of refurbished or previously sold models do not qualify.
- Omission of sales receipt or required information will delay processing or disqualify your request.
- Whirlpool Corporation and retailers are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected submissions.
- Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution.
- Prepaid cards are subject to expiration and may have fees.
