Step 1: Attach Headboard Panels
Connect the headboard panels (1) to the side panels using bolts (B x4) and spacers (D x4). Ensure correct alignment for mattress thickness. For a 12-inch thick mattress, use the top set of holes. For a 10-inch mattress, use the middle holes. For an 8-inch mattress, use the lower holes. For a 6-inch mattress, use the bottom holes. For a 4-inch mattress, use the lowest holes.
Step 2: Attach Side Rails to Headboard
Attach the side rails (3) to the headboard assembly. Use bolts (I x1) and angle irons (G and H). Tips: Keep the brackets lay toward the ground.
Step 3: Attach Footboard
Connect the footboard panels (4) to the side rails using bolts (L-1 x8). Ensure the support legs (7) are correctly positioned.
Step 4: Secure Center Support
Attach the center support rail (5) and (6) to the frame using bolts (A-1 x4) and (I x1). Ensure the support legs (7) are correctly positioned.
Step 5: Install Support Legs
Attach the feet (F) to the angle irons (E) on the side rails.
Step 6: Attach Slats
Loosen the preinstalled 4 screws for leg installation, and then tighten them again. Attach the slats (11 and 12) to the support rails.
Step 7: Attach Center Support Legs
Attach the center support legs (7, 8, 9, 10) to the center support rails.
Step 8: Tighten Screws
Unscrew and then tighten the original screws as indicated in the diagram. Ensure all connections are secure.
Step 9: Final Assembly Check
Review all connections and ensure all screws are tightened.
Step 10: Check and Tighten All Screws
Perform a final check to ensure all screws are securely tightened.
