The Miller SubArc Digital series offers advanced power sources for heavy industrial applications, including shipbuilding, heavy fabrication, and pipe fabrication. These systems provide efficient and reliable submerged arc welding (SAW), electroslag welding (ESW), and carbon arc cutting (CAC-A).

The series includes two DC (CC) power source models and one AC/DC (CA/CC) power source model. These rectifiertransformer welding power sources offer high efficiency and reliability, with advanced digital control electronics for superior welding performance and repeatability.

Ease of Integration and Operation

The SubArc Digital interfaces automatically recognize connected power sources and wire feeders, simplifying setup and operation. Simplified configurations for parallel and tandem operation allow for plug-and-play connectivity.

Enhanced Flux Delivery System

The SubArc flux hopper features an automatic flux valve mechanism that ensures consistent flux delivery to the arc. This design prevents actuator jamming from debris and includes a flux level sight for operator monitoring.

Low-Voltage Accessories and Environmental Protection

Accessories are powered by 24 VAC control voltage from the power source. All power sources, interface controls, and wire feeders feature IP-23 protection, offering a high level of protection in harsh environments. Thermal overload protection, line voltage compensation, and Fan-On-Demand™ technology are standard.
