Safety & General Precautions
General Safety Warnings
- Do not disassemble, repair, or remodel the machine. Consult your dealer for repairs. ⚠️
- Never touch the laundry during the spin cycle until the tub has completely stopped. ⚠️
- Do not install the washing machine in damp places or places exposed to weather. This risks electric shock, fire, breakdowns, or deformation. ⚡?
- When cleaning, do not spray water directly onto any part of the machine. This can cause short circuits and electric shock. ⚡
- Do not leave water in the tub when not in use, as children may fall in and drown. ?
- Do not allow children to peer into the wash tub or place stools nearby. ?
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. ?
- Do not place flammable substances (kerosene, benzine, paint thinner, alcohol) near the machine. Do not put clothing with such substances in the tub. Risk of explosion or fire. ?
- Do not damage the power cord and plug (bend, twist, pull, bundle). Do not place near heating appliances or heavy objects. Damaged cords risk electric shock, short circuit, and fire. Consult dealer for repair. ⚡?
- Remove dust accumulating around the electric cord. Damp dust can cause fire. Pull out the plug and wipe with a dry cloth. If not using for a long time, unplug the machine.
- Always pull the power plug out before cleaning or maintenance to avoid electric shock or injury. ⚡
- Ensure the ground wire is correctly attached to prevent electric shock or leakage. Consult your dealer for grounding work. ⚡
- Make sure the plug is pushed completely into the outlet to prevent electric shock and fire due to overheating. Never use a damaged plug or cord. ?
- Do not use plug sockets or wiring equipment beyond their rated capacity, as this can cause fire due to overheating. ?
- Do not place burning objects (candles, cigarettes) near the machine. Risk of fire or deformation. ?
- Do not pull out or push in the power plug with wet hands. Risk of electric shock. ⚡
- Always check the hose connection before starting washing. Loose screws can cause water leakage. ?
- Do not use water hotter than 50°C (122°F). Plastic parts may deform, leading to electric shock or leakage. ⚠️
- Do not put hands or feet under the machine while it is operating, due to the rotating mechanism. ⚠️
- Do not climb up or place heavy articles on top of the machine. Risk of injury from deformation or breakage. ⚠️
- Never disconnect by pulling the cord; hold the plug. Pulling the cord risks electric shock or short circuit, potentially causing fire. ⚡?
- Do not wash or spin waterproof cloths, materials, or sheets (e.g., raincoats, ski wear). These may come out of the tub during spin, damaging clothes or the machine. ⚠️
- Install the machine on a sturdy floor with a maximum inclination of two degrees.
- If installed on carpet, ensure the carpet does not block any openings.

Troubleshooting
Symptoms and Causes
- Detergent does not dissolve completely: Check if put directly into tub or softener drawer. Always use "Detergent / Bleach inlet".
- Tub begins filling mid-wash: May occur with large laundry load/high water level, or if water is already in tub.
- Water level too high: If laundry is pre-soaked or tub has water.
- Water level too low: With light synthetic/blended fabrics.
- Operation changes to rinsing during spin: Unbalanced load detected; correction occurs, then spin resumes.
- Irregular movement during spin: To suppress suds, tub turns slowly then quickly.
- Buzzer not stopping/draining: Check if Child Lock mode is active and lid is left open.
Button Issues
- Buttons not working: Only "Water Level" is available during wash. Power off and reconfigure to change settings.
- Rinse cycle no water: If water is in tub, draining starts first.
- Water not flowing through lint filter: May occur at "Very low" water level.
Machine Not Running
Check power, fuse/breaker, plug, faucet, "Power On" button, and "Start" button.
Water Not Supplied
Check faucet, water supply cut-off, and hose connection for clogs.
Error Indications
- U11: Drain hose issues (clogged, crushed, tip in water, too small, frozen, height >10cm, extension too long, hose down).
- U12: Lid opened or not closed properly.
- U13: Unstable position, inclined floor, uneven laundry distribution.
- U14: Water supply issues (faucet off, frozen hose, supply cut off, clogged hose connection).
- U99: Child Lock mode active, lid open >10s, forcing drain.
Please Observe The Following
- If tub does not stop within 15 seconds after opening lid during spin cycle, stop use and contact dealer. ⚠️
- Do NOT put too much detergent: may cause insufficient rinsing or foam overflow.
- Do NOT hold magnets or cards with magnetic strips near the machine: cards may become unusable, magnets may stop tub spinning. ?
- Do NOT allow spray near the lid: avoid pesticides, hair products, deodorants, etc., which can cause malfunctions or damage.
- Do NOT use a vinyl chloride cover: may damage plastic paint. Use a cloth cover.
- Do NOT put too much laundry: causes torn clothing or damage.
- For long periods of non-use: turn off power and unplug to save electricity. ?
- Do NOT place charger stands near the machine: may cause malfunction.
- Power cord and plug: If damaged, must be replaced by a qualified service agent.
