Users can pre-programme the MCD3 in various ways to reduce energy consumption and heating costs. The flexible programming of the built-in '4 Event Heating Schedule' allows intuitive tailoring of heating to specific daily and weekly needs. The 'Manually Override' function enables immediate adjustments to match actual needs with the push of a button. The intelligent 'Adaptive Start' function automatically adjusts heating to the specific environment, ensuring the right temperature at the right time. The 'Open Window' function helps save energy by pausing heating when a sudden temperature drop is detected, such as when a window or door is opened to colder air.
Design and Installation
The MCD3 thermostat ensures user-friendliness through its intuitive interface and self-explaining functions, allowing for a "set and forget" operation. While offering comprehensive built-in functions for direct home control, it can also be connected to a compatible external controller for remote operation, integrating the electric floor heating into a Smart Home system.
