How to Wear ScanWatch
The wristband should be comfortably tight and worn approximately 1 cm away from the wrist bone for optimal sensor performance.

How to Charge ScanWatch
Recharge using the cable found inside the box. The battery life is up to 30 days, with an additional 20 days in power reserve mode (tracking time and activity only).

Overview
The ScanWatch has several key components:
- A) WRISTBAND: The strap that secures the watch to your wrist.
- B) ROTATING BEZEL: Used for navigation and selecting options.
- C) DISPLAY: The watch face showing information and notifications.
- D) ACTIVITY DIAL: A sub-dial that tracks activity progress.
- E) HEART RATE & SpO2 SENSOR: Located on the back of the watch, used for measuring heart rate and blood oxygen levels.

Band Toolkit
This toolkit is suitable for adjusting metal wristbands with a folding clasp.
Instructions for adjusting the wristband:
- Estimate the number of links to remove by wearing the watch on your wrist. Note that one link is smaller to allow for finer adjustments.
- Position the wristband in the holder, ensuring the arrows inside the band point downward.
- Use the pin punch and hammer to push out the pin supporting the mesh link you wish to remove.
- Remove the second pin and then the mesh link. Repeat if necessary.
- Reassemble the wristband by replacing the pins in the opposite direction of the arrows using the hammer.

Warranty
Withings offers limited warranties for the ScanWatch. Specific terms vary by region:
- US: One (1) Year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- UK: Two (2) Year commercial guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
- FR/ES/IT/CZ: Commercial guarantees ranging from 1 to 2 years against material and workmanship defects, provided normal usage and adherence to guidelines.
Withings does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for damage from failure to follow instructions.
Information to Users in Canada
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standards. Operation is subject to two conditions: no harmful interference, and acceptance of any received interference. Unauthorized modifications may void FCC authorization. The device's radiated output power is well below FCC exposure limits, and it should be used to minimize potential human contact.
Materials
Materials potentially in contact with the skin during usage include: Fluoroelastomer, silicone, leather, sapphire glass, and stainless steel.
