FAQs
1. What should I do if the toothbrush I just received cannot be switched on? It may be because of insufficient battery power. Kindly replace the batteries of the toothbrush before using it. 2. Why does the vibration decrease after a period of time? More power is consumed with the increase in the use time of the toothbrush and this results in a decrease in the vibration. Simply change the batteries and it will be restored.
